In a stunning betrayal of President Trump, the House of Representatives has defeated an amendment that would have codified his executive order banning mentally-ill transgender individuals from serving in the U.S. military.
The final vote was 212-217, with four Republican congressman joining Democrats to sink the vote.
Here are the names of the four RINO defectors:
- Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania
- Rep. Kimberlyn King-Hinds of Northern Mariana Islands
- Rep. Mike Lawler of New York
- Rep. James Moylan of Guam

Ever since he signed the executive order back in January, President Trump’s ban on “transgenders” in the military has been challenged in court.
The failed amendment, which would have locked in the policy, was sponsored by Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert.
It would have been attached to the NDAA — an annual bill that Congress must pass that sets the budget and policies for the Department of War.
