Here’s some terrific news: leading J6 prosecutor Greg Rosen has (finally) resigned from his position in the Department of Justice.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Greg Rosen headed the DOJ’s Capitol Siege Section, where he worked ’round the clock to persecute and imprison January 6th protestors.
Julie Kelly explained:
This is Greg Rosen.
Greg Rosen led the so-called "Capitol Siege" section of the DC US Attorneys office and proudly prosecuted Americans involved in a political protest by bastardizing the law and working in the all-Dem bubble of Washington.

Some J6 protestors who were persecuted by Rosen’s Capitol Siege investigations called him out on social media:This is Greg Rosen.
Greg Rosen led the so-called “Capitol Siege” section of the DC US Attorneys office and proudly prosecuted Americans involved in a political protest by bastardizing the law and working in the all-Dem bubble of Washington.
Rosen, who was demoted by Ed Martin, finally resigned and was hired by Rogers, Joseph O’Donnell law firm in DC. But Rosen had some words for the president and the American people before he left!
Greg Rosen, the Eichmann of the Biden DoJ, told my lawyer he wanted me to go through life as a convicted felon. He delayed resentencing as he intended to retry me under a Harris regime. His malice led to all charges being dropped. It’s now your turn little Greg. 1’s in hot. pic.twitter.com/c0j3mfxXdk

Rosen ran the DOJ’s J6 discovery unit and withheld tons of exculpatory files related to undercovers. Many files he only produced after I embarrassed the DOJ by proving they existed. Rosen even filed a sealed motion seeking to have me thrown in the gulag. Total loser! I won, Greg! https://t.co/qVDpHtgFgz

Prior to his resignation, Greg Rosen criticized President Trump for pardoning all J6 prisoners in an interview with CBS News:This absolute bastard helped invent a “novel” way to use a document and witness tampering felony from Enron to prosecute myself and 350 other j6ers for entering the capitol. Supreme Court overturned that scam after we were living as convicted felons. He’s DIABOLICAL.

I’m no body-language expert, but even so, it doesn’t take one to notice how shifty this guy looks.NEW: Greg Rosen, former head of Capitol Siege section of Justice Dept, to @cbsnews about agency's review of 5,000+ FBI employees who were part of Jan 6 investigation:
"The job.. it was not political. For any person to be treated poorly because of that.. is shocking" pic.twitter.com/korUn5y4ok

Anyone else notice how he looks like he’s lying through his teeth in that interview?
While speaking to CBS, Rosen went on to label President Trump’s decision “anathema to a constitutional republic.”
I guess that’s what we’re calling restoring order and justice in a deeply broken, politicized justice system these days.
Per CBS News:
Wow.Longtime Assistant U.S. Attorney Greg Rosen, the chief of the Justice Department’s Capitol Siege Section, has departed for a post with a private law firm.
In an interview with CBS News, Rosen said President Trump’s pardons of the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol rioters continue to shock and alarm the federal investigators who handled the cases.
“The message that [the pardons] send is that political violence towards a political goal is acceptable in a modern democratic society,” Rosen said. “That, from my perspective, is anathema to a constitutional republic.”
Rosen helped oversee a team of Justice Department attorneys as the agency grappled with an historically large onslaught of criminal cases after the Capitol riot, which injured dozens of police officers and caused millions of dollars in damage to the Capitol complex.
He said the president’s decision to pardon all — not just some — of the Capitol riot defendants was a stunning decision that has caused damage.
“It sends a terrible message to the American people,” Rosen said. “Individuals who were duly — and appropriately — convicted of federal crimes ranging in culpability are immediately let loose without any supervision, without any remorse, without any rehabilitation to civil society.”
President Trump is sending a “terrible message to the American people” by pardoning wrongfully-prosecuted patriots?
Meanwhile, it’s totally okay to rig the justice system to put your political enemies behind bars.
That much deflection takes a lot of gumption.
I just have one question: why did it take Rosen so long to leave Trump’s DOJ?
Why wasn’t he kicked out long ago?
