Former White House Physician Alleges ‘Very Inappropriate’ S*xual Misconduct By Biden’s Doctor

As Joe Biden continued to demonstrate an apparent rapid rate of cognitive decline during his term in the White House, speculation swirled that his physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, was either ignoring the signs or sweeping under the rug.

But those aren’t the only allegations being made against the former White House doctor.

In a recent statement, the man who previously held the same position made some shocking claims about O’Connor’s behavior while on the job.

Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) served as the physician during President Donald Trump’s first term as well as during Barack Obama’s time in office.

According to the Daily Caller:

Jackson said that during his time as Director of the White House Medical Unit (WHMU), he was responsible for signing O’Connor’s evaluations and fitness reports. During the interview, he said he thought about getting rid of O’Connor for a “variety of reasons” before accusing Biden’s doctor of inappropriate sexual behavior.

“One was because of some very inappropriate behavior on his part,” Jackson stated.

Jackson said O’Connor would take other people’s phones and put them down his pants near his groin as a prank, as well as make sexually inappropriate comments that upset female coworkers. Jackson did not provide specific places or dates where the conduct allegedly occurred. He also did not identify the women who were allegedly subjected to the behavior.

“I didn’t get rid of him because I knew it would be an exercise in futility,” Jackson explained. “Because if I had gotten rid of him, it was made very clear to me that I would be immediately getting a phone call from President Obama telling me, ‘What are you doing? Joe Biden’s upset. You need to hire this guy back or you need to stop this. You can’t get rid of this guy.’”

He added, “It was something we had to deal with.”

“Sexually inappropriate comments and little things, like he used to think it was very funny,” Jackson explained. “This is like something you would see a 12-year-old boy do, but one of the things he would do — and I’ve seen him do it several times — is he would meet people for the first time, and he would ask them for their phone. And they would give him their phone, and he would stick their phone in his pants in the area where his groin’s at, then give them their phone back. And he thought that was absolutely hilarious. And most people were just astonished — they were just kind of like, what’s going on here?”

Jackson’s bombshell allegations came as O’Connor continued to face public pressure regarding his behavior during the Biden years:

Biden's annual physical in February 2024, conducted at Walter Reed, indicated he was "fit for duty."

The report from his physician, Dr. Kevin O'Connor, described him as a "healthy, active, robust 81-year-old male."

Of course, the latest allegations were far from the first complaints Jackson has made about the former White House doctor.

As Mint reported in May:

Jackson went further, suggesting that O’Connor was too close to the Biden family to be objective in his role as physician.

“I’ve known him for a long time; he’s part of the Biden family,” Jackson said.

“He would do or say anything to cover up and protect that family, regardless of what it meant professionally for him.”

He also implicated First Lady Jill Biden, suggesting she played a role in concealing the president’s condition.

“This could not have been covered up without him — and Jill Biden — in particular,” Jackson stated.

Here’s what Jackson had to say about O’Connor during an interview last month:

He was Vice President Biden’s doctor then and was borderline competent at the time.
