Washington Examiner economics columnist Tiana Lowe Doescher blasted the anti-ICE suspect who claims he is a “revolutionary” for detonating an incendiary device in New York City Monday.
“Throughout history, there have always been, you know, fringe, disaffected young men who do insane things Luigi Mangione style,” Doescher said on NewsMax’s The Right Squad Monday. “The 43-year-olds: your heads aren’t screwed on right.”
The explosion, which happened around 8:30 a.m. Monday near a federal building, started a small fire.
The FBI New York field office assistant director in charge, James Barnacle Jr., said the suspect, Andrew Arrabaca, 43, was “looking to injure people and harm people.”
Arrabaca is also an army veteran.
The suspect was wearing “anti-ICE stuff on him,” according to two law enforcement sources who told Fox News Digital.
Doescher criticized the Left for following the “omnicause.”
The “climate cruelty thing, that was so Greta Thunberg like six years ago,” Doescher said. “Now the whole thing is Palestine and illegals.”

Doescher called this behavior a “political crisis” and a “mental health crisis.”
“There’s something really noticeable about this guy, though. And that’s that he’s 43-years-old. This is a 43-year-old man morphing as a revolutionary by trying to bomb an ICE facility. That is an issue,” Doescher said.
