Ella Langley shrugged off an onstage wardrobe malfunction over the weekend, refusing to let the embarrassing moment derail her opening set for Morgan Wallen’s “Still the Problem” tour.
The 27-year-old country singer kept performing after the zipper on her dress completely gave way just minutes into her set at Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium.
Rather than panic, Langley slipped into a Baltimore Ravens jersey, grabbed her guitar and continued entertaining fans despite heavy rain pouring onto the stage.
The “Choosing Texas” hitmaker had opened the show wearing one of her signature sparkling pink fringe dresses before the outfit malfunctioned during the second song of her 60-minute performance.
Videos shared across social media showed Langley quickly covering up with the purple Ravens jersey before carrying on without missing a beat.
The singer later addressed the mishap with fans on Instagram Stories.
“Yesterday, my entire dress came unzipped on song #2 in a 60-minute set in the pouring down rain in a stadium full of people,” Langley wrote while the Stone Temple Pilots song “Wonderful” played in the background.
The incident even caught the attention of former Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan, who praised the rising country star in a post on X.
“Look, I’ve been around football my whole life. I’ve coached in Baltimore, won a lot of games, and seen some incredible performances But let me tell you something…Ella Langley had Baltimore in the palm of her hand tonight. As the kids say, I’m officially an Ella Fella. I don’t make the rules,” he wrote.
The wardrobe mishap did little to slow Ella Langley’s meteoric rise.
Her smash hit “Choosing Texas” remains atop the Billboard Hot 100, earning its 14th week at No. 1 and tying a pair of legendary songs for one of the longest runs by a solo female artist without a male-billed collaborator.
The song, which first reached the top spot in February, now matches Mariah Carey’s “We Belong Together” and Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You” for the most weeks at No. 1 among non-holiday songs by women with no male-billed acts.
It also ties Carey’s holiday classic “All I Want for Christmas Is You” for the second-longest-running No. 1 hit.
