A man from Pennsylvania has just been sentenced to life in prison without parole for the violent and senseless murder of his Uber driver.
In 2022, Calvin Crew, now 25-years-old, shot and killed Christina Spicuzza — a 38-year-old mother of 4 children — who was giving him an Uber ride.
Dashcam footage captured the horrific moment Christina begged for her life, telling him that she had 4 kids to take care of, while Crew held a gun to her head.Christina Spicuzza, mother of 4, was fatally shot while driving for Uber.

The New York Post reported on more details of that fatal night Christina was murdered in cold-blood by Crew:NEW: Uber passenger sentenced to life in prison for executing a mother of four who was begging for her life.
Horrific.
25-year-old Calvin Crew was sentenced to life in prison for taking the life of Uber driver Christina Spicuzza.
Spicuzza’s fiancé unleashed during his impact statement when Crew refused to show up to his own sentencing.
“No reason other than a coward. A coward who couldn’t be here today to face this… Christy was everything for my family. I was lost, out of control. She saw something in me.”
In the dashcam footage, Spicuzza could be heard begging for her life as Crew held the gun to her head.
The footage ends when Crew notices the camera.
The mother of four’s body was found two days later in the Pittsburgh area, with a gunshot wound to her head.
This is extremely sad and infuriating.Spicuzza had picked up Crew, wearing a dark hoodie with a mask, at around 9 p.m. on Feb. 10, 2022, while driving for Uber.
However, about 10 minutes into the ride, the killer was caught on dashcam footage putting a gun to the back of her head.
“You’ve got to be joking,” she said, before realizing the severity of the situation.
Crew told her to “keep driving” as Spicuzza pleaded, “Come on, I have a family,” the video shows.
“I’m begging you. I have four kids,” Spicuzza said.
“I got a family too,” Crew told her. “Now drive.”
Throughout the drive, Spicuzza begged Crew to remove the gun from her head multiple times.
“Please take that off of me,” she pleaded.
“Do what I say and everything will be all right,” Crew told her.
The video ended after he noticed the camera and grabbed it from the dashboard.
The mother of four’s body was found two days later in a wooded area in Monroeville with a single gunshot wound to the head.
Crew was arrested days later and was charged with criminal homicide, robbery and tampering with evidence.
After his arrest, the killer told police that after his Uber trip with Spicuzza ended, he got out of the vehicle and later took a bus home to Pitcairn, but surveillance footage showed he never got on or off a bus.
Police said GPS records showed she had driven through several neighborhoods with Crew allegedly in the backseat.
Police later found Spicuzza’s dashboard camera around where she picked up Crew.
Crew also received a text from his girlfriend, Tanaya Mullen, that said “[I’m] not going to jail if we get caught,” according to the complaint obtained by The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Life in prison sounds way too easy for this evil man.
Is life in prison enough of a sentence for this evil?

However, Christina Spicuzza’s family had requested no death penalty due to her religious beliefs.
During Crew’s sentencing, several members of Christina’s family gave heart-breaking statements.

Crew’s defense attorney addressed the court on his behalf, saying that the 25-year-old “lived a childhood surrounded by violence and neglect.”
Crew’s counsel also told Judge Borkowski that Crew fell through society’s cracks and was intellectually and socially challenged with an IQ of 84.
Speaking on behalf of her daughter, Cindy Spicuzza reminded the absent Crew that he would be on death row if not for the family asking for life in prison without parole based on Christina’s religious beliefs.
“You executed her. No mercy, no remorse. It was abhorrent. It was murder,” an emotional Cindy Spicuzza said.
Spicuzza’s sister also addressed the court, saying Spicuzza’s children will never see their mother come home.
Brandon Marto, Christina Spicuzza’s fiancé, wept, telling the court, “Christy was everything for my family. I was lost, out of control. She saw something in me.”
Marto called Crew a coward, telling the judge to show “no mercy, I beg you,” and that he hoped Crew would “rot and burn in prison.”
Judge Bortkowski said that Crew has indicated that he will appeal his conviction and maintains his innocence.
