Before the case brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis unraveled in a series of dismissals, as well as an alleged improper relationship, Georgia State Senator Colton Moore was fighting Georgia democrats and RINOs on behalf of the injustices perpetrated against President Trump.

Senator Moore is co-chair of the GA Freedom Caucus, and a proven loyal Trump supporter.

But obviously, if you pick a fight with the system, there are consequences.

Sen. Moore has never backed down, and judging from today’s events it doesn’t appear as though he ever will.

Earlier today, Sen. Moore attempted to enter a joint session of the Georgia General Assembly to hear Georgia Gov. Kemp’s ‘State of the State’ address.

Moore was then knocked to the floor by a door attendant and subsequently arrested by the Georgia State Police — after he was the victim of assault in broad day light, right in front of the State Police.

By the way, the “door attendant” who knocked him to the floor was none other than Keith Williams; the attorney representing GA House Speaker Jon G. Burns, but more on that in a moment.

Here’s one angle of the incident caught on video:

Senator Colton Moore, who exposed and defeated corrupt District Attorney Fani Willis last year, has been arrested by the Anti-Trump Speaker of the Georgia House.

You can hear another door attendant standing with Speaker Burns’ lawyer who shoved Sen. Moore to the ground saying that it had gone too far, after Moore gets back to his feet and again begins moving towards the door.

The GA State Police Officers attempt to keep him from attempting to enter the chamber a second time.

In response to the door attendant’s comment, Senator Moore can be heard in the video stating that he had an obligation to be in the attendance because he had been elected to represent 200,000 people in northwest GA.

Here’s another view of the incident in which you can clearly see Senator Moore being put in handcuffs and led away.

BREAKING: Senator @realColtonMoore, who serves as the Vice-Chair of the @FreedomCaucusGA was just unconstitutionality arrested by Speaker @JonBurnsGA for simply trying to attend the State of the State joint session.

Sen. Moore was then booked into the same Fulton County jail where President Trump was booked and then released — just five months ago.

The background story is that Senator Moore exposed Fani Willis for what she was, exposed the corruption behind her case against President Trump, and wanted to impeach her — as propriety would demand in such an instance.

Of course, the GA state RINOs who control the state legislature didn’t like that, and Moore was indefinitely suspended from attending sessions of the legislature on the premise that he had somehow stirred up strife by defending President Trump against the egregious attacks of Fani Willis.

Here’s more on that from an Associated Press article from September of 2023:

Georgia’s Republican Senate Caucus is suspending a GOP state senator who attacked them for opposing his plan to impeach Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for indicting former President Donald Trump.

The caucus announced Thursday that it was indefinitely suspending state Sen. Colton Moore of Trenton, who represents a district in Georgia’s northwest corner.

“Sen. Moore has a right to his opinion,” the caucus said in a statement. “However, during his advocacy for his ill-conceived proposal, Sen. Moore has knowingly misled people across Georgia and our nation, causing unnecessary tension and hostility, while putting his caucus colleagues and their families at risk of personal harm,” said the group, which has 32 of the Georgia Senate’s 56 members.

“The Georgia RINOs responded to my call to fight back against the Trump witch hunts by acting like children and throwing me out of the caucus,” Moore wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “But I’m not going anywhere.”

Kemp refused to endorse Trump’s false claims about the 2020 election and help him try to overturn his narrow loss in the state. Willis has charged Trump and 18 others, including the former state Republican Party chair, with crimes related to the effort. All have pleaded not guilty.

Moore was the most prominent backer of a special session to impeach and remove Willis or defund her office, winning Trump’s endorsement.

He is responsible for taking down Fani Willis in Georgia.

I want answers NOW!

As Ryan Fournier pointed out in his post today, GA Sen. Moore is the person primarily responsible for taking down Fani Willis and making sure that specific case of lawfare against President Trump came to a screeching halt.

The uproar surrounding this case is just beginning, but the injustice is catching the attention of every Trump-backer and liberty minded Americans.

Here’s the full text of the post from above, which provides a good summary for what is at the heart of this situation:

BREAKING: Colton Moore, a pro-Trump Georgia State Senator, just got handcuffed & arrested by the RINO House Speaker after he tried to attend the State of the State session to do his job.

Moore tried to enter the Chamber and got physically blocked from entering. They stationed cops and guards outside the door, and when he tried to get in, they wrestled him to the ground (LITERAL ASSAULT).

Moore got suspended from the GOP Caucus last year after he called for the impeachment of Fani Willis. The State establishment led by Brian Kemp decided to put a target on his back because his advocacy to impeach Willis embarrassed them on a national stage.

What just happened is super unconstitutional, and people need to get locked up.
Here’s the post shared yesterday by Sen. Colton Moore on X, showing that he expected to be denied entry and face arrest — and went anyway.

That’s how you face tyranny… dead on, square in the face.

TYRANT ALERT

There are actually two primary reasons Speaker Burns unconstitutionally banned Sen. Moore from the chamber.

One was his insistence that Fani Willis should be impeached, and her office defunded, which embarrassed the GA RINO’s on a national stage.

The other was this speech in which Sen. Moore opposed — FOR VERY GOOD REASONS — the naming of a building after the late David Ralston, previous speaker of the GA House.

Watch this video to get a good idea just where Sen. Moore’s loyalties are, and how fervent he is for truth, justice, and an end to corruption in American leadership:

Breaking! Hear the speech that Rino @JonBurnsGA used to permanently ban MAGA Senator, Colton Moore, from ever attending a senate session ever again.

Here are more details on the apparent assault by Speaker Burns’ attorney earlier today from Fox News:

Moore told state troopers in attendance that he had a constitutional right to enter and that a doorman should be arrested for breaking the law.

“This is a joint session of the General Assembly. Your House rules do not apply,” Moore told the men. “I’m going into the chamber.”

Unable to get in, Moore asked a state trooper whether he was stopping him from entering. The trooper appeared to say that the doormen were responsible for who entered.

A scuffle ensued, with video showing Moore appearing to be pushed to the floor by one of the doormen. He was then surrounded by state troopers and subsequently arrested.

Moore said that the state was “ruled by authoritarians” on his way out and that the ban was censorship of his voice as an elected official.

Georgia Republican chairman Josh McKoon said that he was “deeply disappointed” that Moore had been denied admission to the chamber and “shocked” that he had been taken into custody.

“It was not only legally appropriate to admit him to today’s proceedings — it was simply the right thing to do,” McKoon wrote in a statement to FOX 5 Atlanta. “Our focus should be on the excellent agenda being outlined by Governor Kemp today to continue to make Georgia the best place in the country to live, work, and raise a family — not internal conflicts.”
There was an update from Sen. Moore this afternoon posted to his X account.

It appears that either Sen. Moore has been released by the State Police, or he has been taken to a hospital by the State Police for some minor care as a result of the roughing up he endured at the hands of GA Speaker Burns’ attorney, Keith Williams.

Of note, Sen. Moore states in this update from a hospital that he expects to show up for work at the legislature tomorrow morning.

Update from Senator Moore.

Thank you to all the patriots who have shown their support today. I have a Constitutional duty and will be back in the legislature tomorrow. pic.twitter.com/kyIQXNfr1u

Now that the injustice and unconstitutional manner in which Sen. Colton Moore is being targeted for his reasonable and dutiful upholding of justice is coming to light on the national stage, there is plenty of reason to expect more to come in this story soon.

This is a developing story in many respects, and we will bring you updates as things develop in the coming days.
