It’s official: eight violent, illegal criminals have just been deported to South Sudan!
The Department of Homeland Security confirmed that the illegals — who were stuck at a military base in Djibouti for weeks due to an activist judge’s ruling — were finally deported last night, poetically on the 4th of July.

Full statement from the DHS website:After weeks of delays by activist judges that put our law enforcement in danger, ICE deported these 8 barbaric criminal illegal aliens who are so heinous even their own countries will not accept them.
This was a win for the rule of law, safety and security of the American people. We thank our brave ICE law enforcement for their sacrifice to defend our freedoms.
We will continue to fight for the freedoms of Americans while these activists continue to try and force us to bring murderers, pedophiles, and rapists back to the U.S.
The DHS also released this photo of their deportation:After weeks of delays by activist judges, the Department of Homeland Security finally deported eight barbaric, violent criminal illegal aliens to South Sudan. These delays kept ICE law enforcement stranded in Djibouti for weeks putting our law enforcement in danger.
“These sickos were finally deported to South Sudan on Independence Day,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “After weeks of delays by activist judges that put our law enforcement in danger, ICE deported these 8 barbaric criminal illegal aliens who are so heinous even their own countries will not accept them. This was a win for the rule of law, safety and security of the American people. We thank our brave ICE law enforcement for their sacrifice to defend our freedoms. We will continue to fight for the freedoms of Americans while these far-left activists continue to try and force us to bring murderers, pedophiles, and rapists back to the U.S.”

The illegal aliens were held at a military base in Djibouti for weeks, until SCOTUS finally overturned the ruling, allowing the deportation to move forward.
Here’s a full breakdown:
All eight men were convicted of serious offenses, including murder and sexual assault of children.
Who: 8 men from countries including Mexico, Cuba, Laos, Myanmar, Sudan, and Vietnam—none were from South Sudan.
Crimes: All had serious criminal convictions in the U.S., including rape, murder, and violent assault.
Initial Delay: Deportations were delayed by federal court orders citing due process concerns.
Holding Site: Migrants were detained for weeks at a U.S. base in Djibouti under poor, overheated conditions.
Court Battles: Lower courts blocked the deportations; Supreme Court rulings in June and July overruled them, allowing removals to proceed.
Final Move: The detainees were deported to South Sudan after DHS claimed it received diplomatic assurances of humane treatment.
Controversy: Critics argue deporting non-South Sudanese to a war-torn country violates international law and human rights.
Administration Response: DHS and the Trump administration celebrated the deportations as a legal victory and public safety measure, blaming “activist judges” for earlier delays.
Total monsters.
Only one is originally from South Sudan.
