ICE rescued 904 children from being raped and molested in fiscal year 2017.
These numbers came from ICE Chief Thomas Homan before he retired this past week.
The Washington Examiner reported:

“It's just ridiculous what's going on,” Homan told the Washington Examiner Thursday, his second-to-last day, at the agency's Washington, D.C., headquarters. Technically, Homan will be on the federal payroll until Saturday, but he will spend the day working remotely.

Homan was referring to calls in recent weeks by political candidates, local lawmakers, and even one sitting U.S. congresswoman to “abolish ICE.”…

…”We saved 904 children through our investigations from being exploited, being raped, being molested, being filmed,” he added.

But Democrats want to end this.
Democrats are protesting to abolish ICE and open the US borders.

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) was the first senator to call for ICE to be abolished during an interview on CNN with Chris Cuomo Thursday night.

Democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who won her Democratic primary race against establishment New York Rep. Joseph Crowley Tuesday night, strongly stands for abolishing the border-enforcement agency.
