Her choice of America as a country of refuge absolutely torches the core arguments of leftist ‘threat to Democracy’ narratives.

She’s been subject to terrorist death threats from Antifa groups, Stasi spy tactics by her own government, and police refuse to protect her from harm.

Here’s her social media post announcing that she is seeking asylum:

“It starts with Antifa, which is stronger in Germany than it is anywhere else in the world… I have received many death threats from Antifa. When I showed it to the police, they said they couldn’t do anything because I wasn’t raped or killed,” Ms Seibt said.
She claimed she had been watched by German intelligence for several years.
“I believe there is a good chance they would try to arrest me at the airport… and come for me and my family, including my little sister, who is not political at all,” she told The Telegraph from Washington, where she resides pending the outcome of her asylum application.

The 25-year-old German national submitted her request for asylum under the US Immigration and Nationality Act, claiming she faced imprisonment or physical harm. — Telegraph

The fact that she’s choosing to seek political asylum from targeted violence  (rather than a job opportunity or fleeing a country with some kind of an unstable political infrastructure) makes her markedly different from the hordes of Biden-era ‘refugees’ that flooded in through his broken border.

If Trump’s America is such a dangerous tyranny… why is a successful and articulate young woman from a modern Western nation fleeing to America, in seeking relief from government oppression?

Maybe Schumer, AOC, Bernie, Hakeem, Pelosi and all the rest can mull that question over through the weekend.
