Trump has frequently been mocked and derited as a ‘fake’ Christian, while people like Pelosi and Biden are praised for their ‘devout’ devotion to Catholicism.

Trump holding up a Bible is a ‘stunt’. But did you see how BIG Joe Biden’s Bible is? On and on it goes.

But the policies endorsed by both parties tell a different story. Abortion and lawlessness? Joe and Nancy can’t get enough of it. And let’s not forget how Biden rescinded everything Trump did to further religious freedom.

This was Biden on Christmas Eve, 2023:

This Christmas Eve, my wish for you and your family is that you take a few moments of quiet reflection and find that stillness that’s at the center of the Christmas story.

May you find peace in this silent night. And warmth from those surrounding you.

Here was his official White House message for Easter of 2024:

That wasn’t Biden’s ONLY Easter message that year:

President Joe Biden is facing criticism from Donald Trump’s campaign and religious conservatives for proclaiming March 31 — which corresponds with Easter Sunday this year — as “Transgender Day of Visibility.” — PBS

Ah yes, ‘Republicans pounce’. Never change PBS, you’re a corrupt slagheap just the way you are.

Trump, on the other hand, stood at a podium and gave an account of Palm Sunday through Easter that, instead of speaking in generalities, specifically covered the basics of what Jesus did in that week, and what it meant to have faith in Jesus as the Lamb of God who was slain for our redemption and atonement.

“Nearly 2,000 years ago during this sacred week, the living son of God entered Jerusalem in triumph… The savior of mankind, who brought truth and light into the world, was betrayed, arrested, tried, beaten, nailed to a cross, and crucified. For our sake, he gave up his life.”

That’s the gospel.

And the President of the free world just preached that gospel to ‘whosoever will’ hear it.

Whatever a few angry politicians may tell you, it’s not a red team or blue team thing. It’s a “redeemed from the wrath of God or not” thing.

There are some things that are bigger than politics.

In the light of eternity, this is the biggest of them all.
