Cory Booker has lost whatever was left of his mind, staging an angry and often incoherent filibuster on the Senate Floor.

What is he so angry about?

The fact that Elon Musk is stopping the blatant fraud, waste and abuse and saving social security and medicare.  And Booker is quite angry about it!

Senator Cory Booker, a Democrat from New Jersey, began a filibuster on March 31, 2025, to protest policies linked to President Donald Trump and Elon Musk, focusing on issues like Medicaid cuts and environmental deregulation.

Booker’s speech, lasting over 19 hours by April 1, 2025, addresses concerns including healthcare access, air quality, and constitutional threats, while invoking historical filibusters like Strom Thurmond’s 1957 record of 24 hours and 18 minutes.

The filibuster coincides with a lawsuit by 23 states against the Trump administration, announced on April 1, 2025, claiming that recent health funding cuts violate federal law and endanger public health.

🚨 ‘STOP THEM! PLEASE, GOD, PLEASE, GOD!’: Senator Cory Booker has now been on the Senate floor since last night at 7PM and is CLEARLY losing his mind. HE’S GOING INSANE, look at him – flailing his hands, yelling and preaching incoherently!

“Please, God. Please, God. Don’t let them take Medicaid away from 10, 20, 30, or 40 million Americans who desperately need it! Don’t let them do it!

“I will not stand for another American to lose their healthcare for a billionaire [
@ElonMusk
]! I will not stand for another veteran who’s dedicated to stopping the su*cide of other veterans to lose their job! I won’t stand for the air quality in my community to be worse because they’re letting polluters pollute more! I won’t stand for the collective assaults on the constitution by a man who even the highest judge in our land, a Republican-appointed judge, said ‘stop threatening and bullying other branches of government.’ When is it going to be enough?!”

“My voice is inadequate. My efforts today are inadequate to stop what they’re trying to do. But we, the people, are powerful! We are strong. We have changed history.”

“We have bent the arc of the moral universe, and now is that moral moment again. It’s the moral moment again. God bless America. We need you now. God bless America.”

“If you love her, if you love your neighbor, if you love this country, show your love! STOP THEM from doing what they’re trying to doing for almost 20 hours. We have laid out what they’re trying to do 20 hours. I could I I wanna stand more and I will, but I’m begging people. Don’t let this be another normal day in America!”

FULL TRANSCRIPT:

To call to the conscience of this nation,
to say I will not stand for another American to lose their health care for a billionaire.

I will not stand for another veteran,
who’s dedicated to stopping the suicide of other veterans,
to lose their job.

I won’t stand for the air quality in my community to be worse
because they’re letting polluters pollute more.

I won’t stand for the collective assaults on the Constitution
by a man who even the highest judge in our land —
a Republican-appointed judge — said,
“Stop threatening and bullying other branches of government.”

When is it going to be enough?

My voice is inadequate.
My efforts today are inadequate to stop what they’re trying to do.
But we the people are powerful.
We are strong.

We have changed history.
We have bent the arc of the moral universe.
And now is that moral moment again.
It’s the moral moment again.

God bless America.
We need you now.
God bless America.
If you love her,
if you love your neighbor,
if you love this country — show your love.

Stop them from doing what they’re trying to doing.
For almost 20 hours,
we have laid out what they’re trying to do.
20 hours.

I want to stand more — and I will.
But I’m begging people:
Don’t let this be another normal day in America.

Please God,
please God,
don’t let them take Medicaid away
from 10, 20, 30, or forty million Americans who desperately need it.

Don’t let them do—
