Democrats may be leading in early voting, but the outcome is still very much in play if turnout surges on Election Day. Virginia votes next Tuesday on a redistricting plan that could eliminate up to four GOP House seats. Virgina has eleven districts, six Democrat and five Republican. Based on the 2024 election, that’s fair.
