In running for President last year, Vivek went from virtual obscurity to almost a household name in a very short time. A big part of that was his undeniable talent at communicating big ideas in a simple and relatable way.

One of the big questions being grappled with right now — especially on the left — is how unlike them it is to be like a deer in headlights when losing power.

We’re used to them having some kind of a plan, however sketchy and morally dubious that plan might be, to move their agenda forward. But this time, something’s different.
