His indictment has just been unsealed and it reveals TWO federal felonies.

COUNT 1: 18 U.S.C. § 241 – Conspiracy Against Right of Religious Freedom at Place of Worship

COUNT 2: 18 U.S.C. § 248(a) (b), § §2(a) – FACE Act: Injure, Intimidate, and Interfere with Exercise of Right of Religious Freedom at a Place of Worship.

BREAKING: Don Lemon indictment has been UNSEALED by the court, officially showing he has been charged with TWO FEDERAL FELONIES for participating in the attack on Cities Church in St. Paul
