Trump, Superman, Kevin Jackson

The following article, Unstoppable: Trump Takes Aim at Democrats, was first published on The Black Sphere.

I love watching real leadership.

Not the kind of leadership you read in a PowerPoint from an HR training session with phrases like “lean into discomfort” or “circle back with empathy.” I’m talking about gut-check leadership—the kind that doesn’t ask for permission and certainly doesn’t come with a trigger warning.

We throw around the word “leadership” like it’s sprinkles on a sundae, but most of it is soft-serve. “By-the-book” types. Safe choices. Risk-averse fence-straddlers hoping to avoid bad Yelp reviews.

Let’s put it in terms anyone can grasp. In parenting, it’s leadership to protect your kid. You install the baby gates, you cut the grapes, and you teach them not to run with scissors. Common sense, right?

But what if your child wanders into darker waters—starts hanging with gangbangers? Real leadership isn’t texting your family group chat about how “concerned” you are. Real leadership is showing up on the gang leader’s turf, looking him square in the eye, and saying, “Back off my kid. Or else.”

And “or else” isn’t an empty line from a TV dad—it’s a promise with weight.

That’s what people admire about Trump. He doesn’t ask for a safe space. He creates one—through sheer force of will.

I once told my wife the reason our sons listened to me more than they listened to her. Simple. I only threaten once. Then I act. Kids don’t respect idle threats. Neither do terrorist regimes, NATO freeloaders, or journalists whose idea of bravery is misgendering someone on Reddit.

Trump 2.0: Leading While Under Siege

Trump, in his second term, showcases leadership every single day. Not because he wants applause from CNN (they’d rather endorse rabid raccoons for president), but because he knows the job.

He handles even the most obvious tasks—the “duh” ones—under conditions where every win is rebranded as a failure by people whose job isn’t to report the news, but to scare you into compliance.

Which brings us to Iran. And Israel. And the inexplicable Leftist wish-casting for failure.

Let’s not sugarcoat it: Leftists practically begged Trump to botch the latest crisis. Because success doesn’t serve the narrative. Remember, these are the same folks who sided with Hamas. Let me repeat: they saw civilians being butchered and went, “Well, let’s not rush to judgment. Maybe the terrorists have a point.”

So when Trump orchestrated a surgical, gutsy move against Iran, the immediate response from the media-industrial complex was to downplay, distort, and deny. You’ve seen it before. It’s their greatest hit.

They want you scared. They want you to need them. Because if you’re calm and thinking clearly, you see them for what they are—overpaid hall monitors pushing panic like it’s Girl Scout cookies.

The White Underwear Theory of Media Hypocrisy

Leftist hypocrisy is no longer hidden. It’s the stubborn mustard stain in the crack of white underwear. You can’t unsee it once it’s there.

When Democrats break things—like the economy, the border, or global stability—it’s just “complex governance.” But when Trump fixes something? Suddenly it’s dangerous, authoritarian, and “unprecedented.” (That’s their way of saying, “Why didn’t we think of that?”)

Consider this little gem:

Zakaria said that the president’s speech was striking and different in tone from what he’s said for months. Further, this speech was much tougher on the Iranians killing Americans and use of roadside bombs. So, Trump amped up pressure on Iran.

All true.

Then Zakaria added that the “emotional temperature” changed, as President Trump went from diplomacy to discussing all the ways Iran has harmed America and the world.

Later he mentioned that Trump distanced himself from Israel post-bombing by Israel. Again, true. Next, Zakaria claims that after success of the operation, Trump joined Israel on the bandwagon, then piled on. While this certainly appears to be the case, I believe America sided with Israel initially and authorized the bombing.

Regardless of who is right, next President Trump indeed issued a threat of potentially more strikes, and the US will do it. But it’s his final point where I disagree with Zakaria. He claims that America’s attack on Iran was unprovoked.

Unprovoked? From a regime that literally celebrates “Death to America” on national holidays?

Iran has killed dozens of Americans over the past decade. They’ve armed every lunatic faction from Hezbollah to the Houthis. But Zakaria wants you to believe Trump just flew B2 bombers into Iran for the mileage points.

The “Failure” That Worked

Now let’s talk about how the media framed the attack.

Reuters spun the story as follows:

U.S. airstrikes did not destroy Iran’s nuclear capability and only set it back by a few months, according to a preliminary U.S. intelligence assessment, as a shaky ceasefire brokered by U.S. President Donald Trump took hold between Iran and Israel.

“Only set it back by a few months.” And in other news, “firemen only kept the house from burning down to the basement.”

Let’s see: our B2 bombers entered Iranian airspace undetected, dropped bunker busters, and got out without so much as a scratch. Israel now holds air superiority. Iran responded with one stray missile and a warning shot so polite it might’ve been delivered with a fruit basket.

That’s not a failure. That’s a message: “Try that again and you’ll be drilling for oil with glow sticks.”

Media Math: One Conservative = Five Leftists

Of course, CNN needed someone to disagree with the party line. So they gave us one conservative voice—Scott Jennings—on a panel with five Leftists.

That’s not a debate. That’s a firing squad with one guy holding a Nerf gun. Yet the media wonders why its ratings are somewhere between “Wheel of Fortune reruns” and “Public Access llama grooming.”

Still, MSNBC insists on topping itself in delusion.

Enter Rep. Ro Khanna:

MSNBC interviewed Democrat Congressman Ro Khanna who said that the “strike on Iran has caused the first crack in the MAGA base”.

A crack? In MAGA? You’d need an electron microscope to see a crack in MAGA. Or to put it more simply: How ’bout that David Hogg? Now there’s a crack.

What actually cracks is Leftist confidence every time Trump pulls off the impossible. Which he keeps doing.

The Market’s Verdict: Trump Wins

And now, let’s check in on the market. The S&P is flirting with an all-time high. The DOW? Could hit its ceiling by summer’s end. NASDAQ is following suit.

This—during what Democrats are calling the start of WWIII. Huh?

Ask yourself: are people acting scared? Running to their bunkers? Selling their assets for canned goods and iodine tablets? Not unless your portfolio is managed by Rachel Maddow.

All the signals point in the opposite direction.

People are optimistic. Investors are bullish. Because leadership—even if you hate the man delivering it—calms markets and restores confidence.

Trump’s Approval “Plunging”… Again?

And still, the media clings to their final hallucination: the polls.

President Donald Trump’s approval rating has taken a sharp hit across multiple recent polls, signaling potential trouble for the president.
The latest Ipsos/Reuters and American Research Group polls show Trump’s net approval rating at record lows for his second term.

In the Ipsos/Reuters poll, conducted between June 21-23 among 1,139 registered voters, Trump’s net approval rating stood at -16 points, with 41 percent approving and 57 percent disapproving.

That is down from a previous low of net approval of -12 points in last week’s poll.

The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.

This is like yelling “He’s losing!” while watching someone cross the finish line with a gold medal.

You want proof Trump is winning? Watch how the world reacts—not the NY Times opinion page, but the people with actual skin in the global game.

NATO: From Mooching to Marching

Let’s shift to NATO. Fox News reported:

Trump also said he will “probably” greet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who is attending the summit amid his ongoing push for Ukraine to join NATO.

In text messages shared by Trump, Rutte congratulated him for “making Europe pay in a big way” through a new 5% defense spending target — and for brokering an end to the recent conflict between Israel and Iran.
“Congratulations and thank you for your decisive action on Iran. That was truly extraordinary, and something no one else dared to do,” Rutte wrote as Trump flew toward the summit.

“You are flying into another big success in The Hague this evening,” Rutte added, referencing the new agreement for NATO members to increase defense spending to 5% of GDP.

Let me break this down: Trump walked into a room full of people used to stiff cocktails and soft promises—and dropped an ultimatum. Pay up, or we stop babysitting.

This isn’t diplomacy. It’s a boardroom takeover. And it worked.

NATO allies first agreed in 2006 to spend 2% of GDP on defense — a goal many failed to meet for years. Now, after Trump’s repeated calls for Europe to “pull its weight,” the alliance has approved a more ambitious 5% target…
The new figure breaks down into 3.5% for core defense spending, and 1.5% for related infrastructure, including cyberwarfare and intelligence. NATO ambassadors agreed on the compromise text Sunday.

Europe just signed up to fund their own defense for the first time in modern history. Not bad for a guy whose critics say can’t get anything done.

This Is What Leadership Looks Like

What does real leadership look like? Not everyone loves it. Not everyone understands it. But everyone reacts to it.

Trump doesn’t govern by poll. He doesn’t lead by hashtag, nor does he play the long game of appeasement.

He says what he means, and he means what he says. And if you test him—well, ask Iran how that turned out.

The world is safer, America is stronger, and NATO’s finally picking up its tab.

Cracks in MAGA? Please. That’s just the echo of Leftists breaking under pressure.
