Trump: No Nukes And A 15-Point Plan For Iran

The Trump Administration sent a 15-point plan to end the war in the Middle East-with a simple statement-no nukes.

They’ve agreed. They will never have a nuclear weapon. They’ve agreed to that.”-President Donald Trump

The plan was delivered by way of Pakistan, with an aim of getting Tehran to agree to a ceasefire.

The points up for negotiation consist of the following demands from the U.S.:

1. Iran must dismantle existing nuclear capabilities
2. Iran must commit never to pursue nuclear weapons.
3. No uranium enrichment on Iranian territory.
4. Iran must hand its stockpile of enriched uranium to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
5. The Natanz, Isfahan and Fordo nuclear facilities must be dismantled.
6. The IAEA must be granted full access to Iran’s nuclear facilities.
7. Iran must abandon its “regional proxy paradigm.”
8. Iran must cease the funding, directing and arming its proxies.
9. The Strait of Hormuz must remain open.
10. Iran’s missile program must be limited in both range and quantity.
11. Iran must limit its use of missiles to self-defense.”-Victor Nava, The New York Post

Agreeing to the above conditions will:

1. End sanctions imposed by the international community.
2. Give Iran the benefit from US assistance to advance its civilian nuclear program.
3. Allow for a “snapback” mechanism for the automatic reimposition of sanctions if Iran fails to comply would be removed.

As Trump says that Tehran has “agreed”, conflicting reports are circulating that Iran has not agreed to these concessions and is having trouble coordinating meetings in fear of continued bombing from Israel. Israel was given the heads up on this.

But 15 points? This may be entirely too much. I would agree with chopping these demands down to one, simple request. You know? Break it down, nice and easy.

Surrender immediately.

The New York Times is hopeful that Trump will leave the regime alone, though:

But the eagerness of the White House to negotiate suggests that Mr. Trump would be willing to leave the current regime in place, at least for now, albeit in a weakened and more pliant state. He and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel have vacillated on whether their demands for the war included regime change.”-The New York Times

We cannot be too eager in this regard. And, weakened and more pliant is not enough. These guys need to be obliterated. Furthermore, this “give Iran the benefit from US assistance to advance its civilian nuclear program”? Wasn’t Fordow supposedly a “civilian nuclear” site? Please. Obama gave Iran enough.

Civilians who stand up to the regime or speak out in any way are still being killed:

As this plan is being drafted, The Department of War is preparing to deploy thousands of troops from the Army’s 82nd Infantry Division to the Middle East. Just in case Iran and the regime decide to continue with more funny business?

We have no doubts that Trump is cooking, and Trump is trying to work a deal here. The concern is that it is complicated, and quite problematic to strike a deal with a death cult of pathological liars that is the Iranian regime. They may “agree” to these demands on paper and the mullahs will rearm themselves somewhere, somehow, down the line. Care must be taken with regard to this. And-15 points or one, single, solitary “knock them the hell out” point-no matter which way you slice it-there IS no deal until the oppressive, tyrannical, Iranian regime is finished.
