TRUCE INCOMING? President Trump Schedules Phone Call With Elon Musk

We have a big development in the very public feud between President Trump and Elon Musk.

And, it looks like their clash may already be coming to an end.

President Trump’s White House aides have scheduled a phone call with Elon Musk for Friday.

Tesla stock is already up in after-hours following the news.

After sparring with each other over President Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill throughout the day on Thursday, both men have signaled readiness to smooth things over.

President Trump spoke to Politico, telling them “it’s okay.”

Politico reported:

Signs of a truce are emerging in the increasingly bitter clash between two of the world’s most powerful men.

President Donald Trump projected an air of nonchalance in an interview Thursday with POLITICO during a day of sparring over social media with Elon Musk.

Separately, White House aides, after working to persuade the president to temper his public criticism of Musk to avoid escalation, scheduled a call Friday with the billionaire CEO of Tesla to broker a peace.

“Oh it’s okay,” Trump told POLITICO in a brief telephone call when asked about the very public breakup with his onetime megabacker. “It’s going very well, never done better.” Trump went on to tout his favorability ratings saying, “The numbers are through the roof, the highest polls I’ve ever had and I have to go.”

It was a marked contrast to what appeared for all the world to be an ugly online feud between Trump and Musk over his “big beautiful bill,” the legislation now in the Senate that incorporates his presidential agenda, from tax cuts to immigration enforcement.

For his part, Elon Musk agreed with a post from hedge fund manager Bill Ackman, who called for the two to reconcile for the sake of America.

Looks like Elon is waking up and realizing that it’s better he and President Trump stick together.

It’s okay to have differences of opinion and to sort through it like the smart, grown men both President Trump and Elon Musk are.

But, they need to focus on the real targets here, not get caught up in ridiculous infighting.

Still, we have to wonder: was this whole thing staged?

A dramatic, WWE-style show to trick Dems into getting on board with releasing the Epstein list?…
