Marina Volz, 37, a biological male born Matthew, is serving a 25-year sentence at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women in Clinton, N.J. for filming sadistic pornography of his own 7-year-old daughter.

Volz claims to be Wiccan and sued the prison, the New Jersey Department of Corrections and head of religious services Dr. Joy Lynch in 2023 for religious discrimination…

Followers of the Wiccan pseudo-religion call themselves witches.

Volz is in settlement talks with the New Jersey Attorney General’s office. Among his demands are that he be allowed to conduct rituals “skyclad” (i.e., naked) and that he be provided with Wiccan paraphernalia and “ritualistic foodstuff for consumption” on Wiccan holidays.

If transsexual convicts can demand sex change surgery at taxpayer expense, why not?

Volz demands he be allowed to marry his transgender accomplice in the child sex abuse case, Ashley Romero, a biological man.

The two were convicted in 2022, along with Sean Allen, who lived with them at their Franklin, N.J. home, for operating a “pornography production studio specializing in amateur, BDSM and taboo fetish content.”

Volz and Romero abducted his 7-year-old daughter from her mother in Oregon and brought her to New Jersey to take part in productions.

Romero was seen sexually abusing the girl with another man in videos the trio produced, and Allen was also filmed abusing the girl.
