The world’s biggest TikTok account, (never heard of him until today) was caught.

Turns out, he was here on a visa.

And it’s expired.

But he promised he would self deport, so they let him go.

Think he’ll keep his word?

Looks like it was the Bo Loudon that made the discovery. What a legend!

New York Post reports:

The world’s biggest TikTok star was detained by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Las Vegas and allowed to “self-deport” after he attended the Met Gala in May and overstayed his visa, officials told The Post.

Khaby Lame, 25, — whose real name is Seringe Khabane Lame and who enjoys more than 162 million followers on TikTok — was caught by ICE agents at the Harry Reid International Airport on June 6, putting an end to his American tour.

“US Immigration and Customs Enforcement detained Seringe Khabane Lame, 25, a citizen of Italy, June 6, at the Harry Reid International Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada for overstaying the terms of his visa,” a senior Department of Homeland Security official told The Post.

Curious rabbit hole I stumbled upon while researching this guy, Lame.

(Imagine your last name being Lame? lol)

You don’t become #1 Tik Tok influencer in the world without The Establishment taking notice and/or helping you become #1.

Well, well, well.

What do we have here?

We see Khaby Lame is represented by none other than the self admitted criminal, Barrett Wissman.

This is the same Barrett Wissman that got a slap on the wrist for fraud involving millions.

Average person commits fraud for 1/10th of the amount Wissman did, thrown in jail.

But Wissman? The judge basically told him “Just try not to get caught next time, ok?”

Tell the people who he is, Grok:

Barrett Wissman, a Jewish Dallas-based hedge fund executive, pleaded guilty in 2009 to securities fraud under New York’s Martin Act for his role in a kickback scheme involving the New York State Common Retirement Fund. As part of the scandal, Wissman facilitated investments, including $500 million for Access Capital, earning $1.5 million in fees, while paying kickbacks to secure pension fund deals. The broader scheme, orchestrated by figures like Henry Morris and David Loglisci, involved over $30 million in kickbacks and defrauded the pension fund of an estimated $2 billion in potential losses due to mismanaged investments and inflated fees. Wissman cooperated with investigators, paid a $12 million settlement, and faced no prison time, unlike others in the case who received sentences of up to six years.

I wonder why Wissman got off scot-free?

And this is the guy representing the #1 account that influencers the youth?

What is Wissman whispering in Lame’s ear? Anything?

But that’s probably a story for another time.

I wonder if Lame had to take any “one eye” photos, like all the other ‘elite’ celebrities.

Well, whaddya know…
