Scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology have crossed a terrifying new line. In a study just published in Science Advances, Wuhan researchers engineered Aedes aegypti mosquitoes to become flying weapons of mass destruction. They irradiated the insects to sterilize them, then fed them blood containing recombinant viruses. These modified viruses carry proteins from deadly pathogens like Nipah, which kills 40 to 75 percent of infected people, and rabies. The engineered viruses replicate inside the mosquitoes and accumulate in their salivary glands. When the mosquito bites, it delivers this viral payload directly into the bloodstream, like a flying hypodermic needle loaded with potential killers. [1]
Our own government also has a dark history of creating bioweapons out of insects. U.S. military experiments at Plum Island from the 1950s to 1970s involved weaponizing ticks to spread diseases like Lyme. A Terrifying Track Record Overseas: More Diseases (not Less) After Mosquitos Released
Mosquitoes have been weaponized before, and the failures are mounting. In August 2025, a Bill Gates-funded project called Target Malaria released genetically modified mosquitoes in Burkina Faso villages of West Africa.[3] On August 11, 2025, they released non-gene-drive male bias mosquitoes in Souroukoudingan. Days later, on August 18, the military raided the sites. By August 22, 2025, the government ordered a complete shutdown and destruction of all bioengineered samples. They cited lack of consultation and described the tech as highly controversial, unpredictable, and potentially irreversible.
Past mosquito trials revealed the real danger of these mosquito release experiments. British company Oxitec (which has received funding from the Bill Gates Foundation for mosquito control work) ran earlier experiments that went wrong. In Brazil, a 2019 scientific study proved the engineered mosquitoes mated with wild ones and produced hybrid offspring that did not die off as planned. These hybrids survived and are now harder to control or even more resistant to insecticides.

The Burkina Faso shutdown is just the latest example of Gates-backed mosquito projects being forced on populations without full disclosure of risks:
- NIH & Gates CRISPR Mosquitoes (Nature, 2025): U.S. taxpayer dollars and Gates money funded CRISPR gene-drive mosquitoes designed to overwrite wild DNA across generations. Once released, there is no way to recall them.
- Caribbean Dengue Surge (2024): After Gates-linked Verily and Orbit Services began releasing bacteria-laced mosquitoes, Puerto Rico declared a dengue emergency—cases spiked 350% above historic trends. Jamaica and Curacao soon followed.
- Bangladesh Outbreak (2023): After Gates-funded UN programs released irradiated mosquitoes, Bangladesh suffered the worst dengue epidemic in its history, spreading to all 64 districts.[4]
These are not random. They are red flags that should scare everyone. The same funders and companies keep pushing this technology, yet the results keep backfiring with more disease, not less.
Ignored Warnings: Releases in American Neighborhoods Despite Citizens Protests
Despite the overseas disasters, officials barreled forward in the United States. British firm Oxitec deployed water-filled boxes loaded with genetically modified Aedes aegypti larvae into residential backyards in the Florida Keys. These were tied to pilot programs with EPA permits from 2020 to 2022 and ongoing extensions into recent years. Each setup hatches thousands of these engineered males. Approvals relied on Oxitec-funded studies, brushing aside massive public pushback from local families and groups.[5] Original phases wrapped up in some spots by 2024, yet further rollouts are on the table. Americans objected, flooding the government with petitions and comments. Officials just tuned them out and went forward despite the objections.
Even More Mosquito Experiments in Florida in 2025 Despite Past Objections
The latest chapter in these mosquito experiments unfolded in the Florida Keys during the summer of 2025, when the Florida Keys Mosquito Control District launched a small-scale pilot releasing Wolbachia-infected male Aedes aegypti mosquitoes developed by MosquitoMate and approved by the EPA and state regulators. Starting in June 2025, technicians released these mosquitos in three limited 20-acre sites (Key Largo, Plantation Key, and Key Colony Beach/Marathon area) to mate with wild females and suppress populations by producing non-viable eggs. Releases continued through the fall, with a project update workshop held in November 2025 to discuss progress.[6]
As of early 2026, no major expansion or new phases have been announced, and the focus remains on evaluating results from this bacteria-based method. Proponents call Wolbachia “safer” and more natural since it’s a bacterium already found in many insects, unlike genetic modifications. Yet this is still another unproven experiment dropped into our communities without the consent of residents. We remain the guinea pigs forced to live with the outcomes. Officials keep testing these technologies on us, convinced they know best, even as we demand real transparency and a halt to treating our backyards as open-air labs.
Public Enemy Number One Helps Fund These Dangerous Releases
Although our own government provides funding for these releases, Bill Gates has also contributed significantly to the development of these mosquitoes.[7] Gates has long believed that the earth is overpopulated with humans. His foundation poured cash into the Target Malaria effort Burkina Faso’s military crushed in August 2025. Gates has funded the World Mosquito Program in the past which is behind the Wolbachia mosquito release as well as the Oxytec Mosquito program. The same money fuels CRISPR gene-drive mosquitoes and wild open-air tests that turn whole nations into labs. The pattern is clear: DEPLOY FIRST, DEAL WITH FALLOUT LATER and IGNORE PUBLIC OUTCRY
Control of Mosquito or Human Populations?
Everyday people need to ask, “Could globalists obsessed with population control deploy mosquitoes as stealth weapons?” We must not forget that the COVID-19 vaccines have been tied to worldwide excess deaths and harm. Dissenters were crushed. Now Wuhan, where the covid outbreak originated, has developed mosquitoes that inject engineered deadly viruses.
We are Done Being Guinea Pigs
Genetically modified mosquitoes are being released into U.S. neighborhoods without the residents’ consent or permission. We raised our voices in opposition, yet those in charge refused to listen. We are constantly told to “trust the science,” but how can we trust the same scientific establishment that pushed the harmful COVID-19 vaccines, mandated newborns to be injected with a sexually transmitted disease (hepatitis b vaccine), kills unborn babies to develop medicine and vaccines, and now insists that glyphosate, a known cancer-causing chemical, is perfectly safe? Do they really believe we are incapable of critical thought?
How can we ever trust anything funded by Bill Gates who through his foundation has promoted vaccine programs that have killed, maimed and sterilized hundreds of thousands of innocent people in 3rd world countries without their informed consent, pushed genetically modified seeds and glyphosates on 3rd world countries devastating their crops and livelihoods, and to top it off is connected to Epstein and his eugenics research? Demand a total moratorium now. Contact Governors, representatives and local councils. Force probes into every release, funder, and secret study. No more letting biotech firms or egomaniac depopulationist billionaires who play God make our yards test zones. Kids play there. Gardens feed us. Our neighborhoods are not labs and the earth is not overpopulated.
