The President must address this with firing Kellogg and demanding that DNI Tulsi Gabbard haul the asses in of the CIA, NSA and DIA as this is a colossal intelligence failure to miss an operation this huge, involving foreign nations. You just do not run an operation like this which takes over a year, moving resources around and not leave signs which were not picked up.
