Judges in Boston and Providence, RI, both said that the USDA could decide whether to fund SNAP, the entitlement commonly known as food stamps in full or in part for the month of November — but said to Trump, that a full cutoff was unlawful.

The media is spinning this story, of course, to paint the Trump administration as the bad guys even though Senate Democrats, led by House Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), have voted to reject the funding bill 13 times in hopes of coercing Republicans to fund Affordable Care Act subsidies and, well, other bullish#t.

Still, the narrative is spinning. And SNAP recipients are losing their ever-loving minds. After all, it is the taxpayers’ responsibility to take care of their kids:

Then, there’s the couple who didn’t ask for the kids they made:

Let’s talk about not asking for kids. Forgive me for sounding callous, but there are ways to prevent having “high-calorie” (soon to be diabetic) kids that should be the taxpayers’ responsibility. Birth control and condoms are a great option. Family planning and assessing whether or not you are ready to have children BEFORE doing the deed is also an excellent option. These people also vote for is also the party who willingly likes to abort kids. Hint, they want taxpayers to pay for that, too. Now, some of them are mad because they are unable to fund their “high-calorie” families. Again, I know this sounds brash but, for real. It is not the taxpayers’ responsibility to take care of other people’s children or their parents, for that matter.

But, the story continues…life is so…

Unfair.

Not wrong. And to make TikTok videos. It is not all “high calorie families who didn’t ask for their kids”, though. There are legit people who feel the brunt of Chuck Schumer and the Democrats’ games because this is what it has become. Generosity prevails, though and I love this. This is what some generous communities are doing to pool resources and help their neighbors:

In Mississippi, while there is no doubt a percentage of those 384,800 citizens who are simply milking the system, within that number there are working families with children, families who care for their elderly relatives, and disabled persons who legitimately need the assistance. With the expected gap in SNAP benefits starting November 1, the food relief organization, Extra Table, is stepping in to fill this gap, doubling its distribution to its 66 food pantries throughout the state.”-Jennifer Oliver O’Connell, RedState

Generous people. What (some of) America is made of. Bravo.

Extra Table also partnered with local farms and community supporters to provide more rice, sweet potatoes, eggs and 9,000 whole chickens through its “Give ‘Em A Bird” campaign. Relying solely on donations and partnerships, Extra Table can use every dollar to deliver more food to families in need.”-Brandon Raines, wjtv.com

Yet, the TikTokers with the latest iPhone and the TIME to post on social media, will complain about how their “followers” or viewers in general, will not send them money via GoFund Me. It is the Trump administration’s fault that the children they need to feed have seven different fathers and it is the taxpayers’ (not the biological fathers’) responsibilities to do this? Roger that. Sell your Coach bag.

We’ve heard all the stories. The women with multiple kids, from multiple fathers. The people who hop on TikTok on expensive phones to air their grievances. The people who say they “didn’t ask for their kids”. It’s the State’s job to take care of them. This is the mentality that the Democrats have fostered. Individuals who are constantly the victims of their circumstances who take NO ownership for the positions they are in.

But they didn’t ask for their kids. Here’s some perspective for the high-calorie SNAP power couple: You were blessed with them. Now, DO RIGHT by them. Airing grievances on social media and acting the victim is not the way.

SNAP benefits will live another day for now. But the latest tantrums beg scrutiny to these entitlements. The high-calorie TikTokkers may need to eventually use their benefits for zucchini and forego the potato chips.
