On the night of November 3rd, 2020, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, election clerk Clara Woodall Bogg ordered election observers to leave the counting room around 11 p.m., declaring that all ballots had been counted.
However, according to Peter Bernegger in a podcast with Mark Mitchel of Rasmussen Reports, counting did not actually stop. At 1:15 a.m. on November 4th, ballots were brought into the city by a man named Dwayne Johnson and despite observers being gone, election workers resumed feeding ballots through the tabulators around 1:30 a.m.
Bernegger cites sworn affidavits from election workers who witnessed large bags of ballots being fed into tabulators after observers were sent home. Marie Sanchez, an election worker on the third shift, reported seeing ballots being processed well into the early morning hours, while retired Army personnel David Bolter also affirmed ballots arriving and being counted past midnight.
These actions allegedly violated state election rules, which prohibit counting without observers present and forbid accepting ballots after midnight except for voters already in line.
Moreover, whistleblowers claim that Woodall Bogg accessed the WISFOLT statewide voter database to identify registered voters who had not cast ballots and then assigned their identities to fraudulent votes.
This method, Bernegger asserts, did not rely on dead or fake voters but manipulated real voter information to cast unauthorized ballots. Adding to the controversy, video footage reportedly shows Woodall Bogg leaving the central count facility around 3 a.m. with USB drives containing absentee vote totals, despite her earlier claim that all counting stopped hours earlier.
The involvement of other key officials such as former clerk Neil Albrecht and deputy clerks Jonathan Zenga and Bonnie Chang, who were present during the late-night ballot processing, further fuels suspicions of coordinated election fraud.
This mix of affidavits, whistleblower testimony, and video evidence raises serious questions about the integrity of the Wisconsin 2020 election results and suggests the possibility of systematic manipulation by local Democratic officials.
