Massapequa High School was forced to drop its “Chiefs” mascot after progressive pressure but President Trump isn’t having it.

He posted on Truth Social Monday, promising to help save the school’s identity.

Trump slammed the move as part of an effort to erase the story of Native American heritage.

Looks like the mascot wars is going to come to a quick end now that Trump has entered the ring.

Daily Caller reports:

Ready to start voting Republican yet, New York?

A high school located in Long Island had to leave behind their “Chiefs” mascot name following attacks from progressives, however, President Donald Trump has vowed to save the identity of Massapequa High School. Trump spoke about the situation in a Monday post on Truth Social.

For a while now, anything related to Native Americans has been under attack by progressives who couldn’t give a damn about sports, but want all of the power over teams and student-athletes. And this is just one example. On top of that, it makes them racist considering how they want to completely erase our Native American heritage and history.

Back in 2023, the New York Department of Education required that every school with a Native American mascot rebrand from it, which sparked up outright anger in Massapequa. (RELATED: Joe Biden Was Against Males In Female Sports Behind The Scenes: REPORT)

Supported by Massapequa School Board President Kerry Wachter, locals and people supporting the movement shot back with a lawsuit, and they were joined by other towns. If the rebrand takes place, Wachter says that it will force the school to spend $1 million to do it.

The irony is multilayered on this story.

With most things we were taught in school….

do you think they’re telling us the truth about “Native American heritage” and “Cowboys & Indians”?

Used as a weapon of guilt. A form of Cultural Marxism:

Brought to you by Thomas Jefferson…
