After a very productive tour of the Middle East, President Donald Trump is bringing back some big diplomatic wins this week.

But the real reason he was so anxious to get back to the U.S. is more personal.

The president’s daughter Tiffany recently gave birth to her first child, and he told leaders in the United Arab Emirates that he couldn’t wait to meet his newest grandchild.

As the New York Post reported:

“I should probably have left yesterday, but I didn’t want to disappoint you. Your father would have been extremely upset,” Trump joked to the UAE Crown Prince Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The president was in the UAE signing investment deals for the US when Tiffany announced she had welcomed Alexander into the world with her husband businessman Michael Boulos, 27.

Alexander is Tiffany’s first child. She got married to Boulos in 2022 in a grand ceremony at Mar-a-Lago.

“I’m going to go home and see that little baby,” Trump said hours before he’s set to board Air Force One to go back to DC.

“She’s doing great, the baby’s great,” he added.

The birth of Trump’s 11th grandchild fueled significant social media discussion this week:

Breitbart provided additional coverage of the recent news:

“Counting down the days until we meet our little man,” she posted on May 1.

President Trump “let slip” in October that Tiffany was pregnant while giving a speech about her father-in-law, Massad Boulos, the New York Post reported. Boulos is a Lebanon-born businessman who now works as a senior White House adviser.

“He happens to be the father of Tiffany’s husband, Michael, who’s a very exceptional young guy,” Trump said at the Detroit Economic Club. “And she’s an exceptional young woman. And she’s going to have a baby. So that’s nice.”
