Hillary Clinton should be rotting underneath some Third-World sh*thole prison. But as it turns out, she was under the protection of the Left’s former lord almighty, Baby Black Jesus.

Now, that’s been confirmed. The FBI and the DOJ were ordered by Barack Obama not to arrest Hillary Clinton for espionage in violation of — 18 U.S. Code § 793.

CIA John Ratcliffe:

“Lisa Page confirmed to me under oath that the FBI was ordered by the Obama DOJ not to consider charging Hillary Clinton for gross negligence in the handling of classified information.”

Sadly, this doesn’t change much as it pertains to Obama. He has immunity for his acts while president. And as for damaging his reputation, I ask the question: “What reputation?”

But it does accomplish something.

The just revealed FBI Agent Lisa Page transcripts make the Obama Justice Department look exactly like it was, a broken and corrupt machine. Hopefully, justice will finally be served. Much more to come!

Who can ever forget that back in July 2016, then-FBI Director James Comey publicly announced at a bombshell press conference that Clinton had been “extremely careless” in handling classified information. And we all waited for the inevitable outcome, Comey insisted that “no reasonable prosecutor” would bring a case against her.

My response to Comey: “Then find an unreasonable prosecutor, idiot. Because that skank was guilty!”

Federal law states that “gross negligence” in handling the nation’s intelligence can be punished criminally with prison time or fines. And contrary to Comey’s complete BS exoneration of Clinton, there is no requirement that defendants act intentionally or recklessly.

That was the smokescreen orchestrated by Barack Obama. And this was essentially the beginning of the torment that the legacy Obama administration rained down on Trump during his first presidency.

But you can bet that Comey was all too happy to oblige. He had been running interference for the Clintons for decades. This time, he got permission from the affirmative action CEO of America at the time.

Obama confirmed what we all know about him and his administration. Vipers all.

And this clown had the nerve to declare his administration “scandal-free”. What a joke.

But Obama’s legacy goes deeper than letting Clinton off the hook.

This week, a district judge in D.C. temporarily blocked President Trump’s ban on transgender military troops. “Indefensible judicial tyranny,” White House adviser Stephen Miller responded on social media.

Another judge put a hold on the deportation of noncitizens under the Alien Enemies Act (or tried to; the Trump administration was less than fastidious in implementing his order). Trump called for the impeachment of this “Radical Left Lunatic of a Judge, a troublemaker and agitator,” prompting a rare public rebuke from Chief Justice John Roberts.

A string of federal judges paused the efforts of Elon Musk and DOGE to fire federal employees and dismantle government agencies. “What is the point of having democratic elections if unelected activist ‘judges’ can override the clear will of the people? Well, that’s no democracy at all!” Musk asked himself and answered, recirculating a post invoking a “JUDICIAL COUP.”

To get an understanding of the continuation of warfare against Trump and his administration, look at the number of universal injunctions.

Trump’s first administration faced 64 injunctions out of the total 127 nationwide injunctions issued since 1963. There were 32 injunctions issued against the Bush, Obama and Biden administrations collectively since 2001, meaning the first Trump administration was on the receiving end of double the amount of nationwide injunctions than his two predecessors and successor combined, according to the April 2024 edition of the Harvard Law Review.

Pure insanity. And I heard the number is now up to 80 for injunctions against Trump.

Sadly, this is what President Trump faces routinely by Leftists. All in an effort to keep their money train moving.

Try to imagine the outrage by the Left had Republicans acted so blatantly (and rightfully) against Joe Biden or Barack Obama?

The ghost of Obama still haunts America. But it’s getting a lot less scarier with each passing day.
