RAPED TO DEATH ON CHURCH STEPS – AFTER NASHVILLE FREED HER SOMALI PREDATOR 16 TIMES (RAIR Foundation)

A 34-year-old woman was raped to death on the front steps of a Nashville church, in public, under streetlights, caught in progress by firefighters.

Her accused killer?

A 39-year-old Somali repeat offender with multiple identities and 16 prior charges for sexual battery, indecent exposure, trespass, drug offenses, and more.

News reports referred to Mohamed as a “Tennessee man”. His status as a Somali immigrant was mentioned in some social media discussions related to the news but not explicitly confirmed in the official police press releases or primary news sources gathered.

And Nashville’s “justice” system?”

–Dropped or dismissed 15 of those charges.
— Gave him $5,000 bond on a sexual battery.
— Let him roam free until a woman ended up dead on a church sidewalk.

Authorities can’t even agree on his real name – Mohamed Mohamed, Mohamed Abdi, “Mdamed” Mohamed, or Ceter Mohammad.

If the courts can’t identify him, how are they protecting anyone?

Despite raping a woman to death, the judge set just $75,000 bond per rape charge, meaning he could have walked free again. The only thing stopping his release was an ICE detainer.

This wasn’t an accident.

It was the direct result of judges, prosecutors, and politicians choosing leniency over public safety.

Tennessee voters must choose differently:

— Vote out every judge and DA who let this predator walk.

— Demand bail reform that allows violent offenders to be held.

— Support the JAIL Act to hold soft-on-crime judges civilly accountable.

A system with no consequences guarantees more dead women on church sidewalks. RAIR will not let Nashville bury this.
