Iryna Zarutska was from Ukraine, but she came to personify innocent Americans who are killed for being Caucasian by violent sociopaths unleased at our throats by the liberal establishment — which won’t even allow us to commemorate our dead.
Via Fox News:
The mayor of Rhode Island’s capital city is calling for a mural reportedly backed by Elon Musk to honor Iryna Zarutska —the Ukrainian woman whose brutal murder while riding a North Carolina train prompted calls for harsher punishment for career criminals — to be taken down.
Artist Ian Gaudreau said he did not intend the tribute to be political. But moonbattery is a totalitarian ideology; all things must either advance it or be suppressed.
Providence Mayor Brett Smiley squeaks that “the misguided, isolating intent of those funding murals like this across the country is divisive and does not represent Providence.”
Smiley is getting his way. Via WJAR:
The owners of The Dark Lady, the downtown gay club where the mural is located, released a statement to the community apologizing for the controversy:
“We are deeply and sincerely sorry for everything that has taken place over the past week. After reflecting and learning, we have made the decision to discontinue this project and will move forward with removal as soon as possible. We remain committed to fostering unity, safety, and care for all members of our community, and we will continue to listen, learn, and act with those values at the forefront.”

If they succeed in vaporizing Iryna Zaruska, all the more innocent victims will share her fate.
In contrast, they want us to remember a career criminal who died of a fentanyl overdose while resisting arrest. The city even painted a noisy and deliberately divisive Black Lives Matter mural on Washington Street:
Providence, RI allowed multiple privately funded murals around the city in memory of George Floyd, including a formal ceremony and ribbon-cutting for a downtown BLM mural, but when it came to a mural of slain refugee Iryna Zarutska, this is where they decided to draw the line… pic.twitter.com/BR5hgGGLaG
