I don’t have any big takeaway or “gotcha” moment to show you about these three, I’m just showing you who they are.
But I will give you my comments down below.
First, here’s a closer look for all three, followed by a text transcript if that’s easier for you to read:
Judge Gary S. Katzmann
Gary S. Katzmann was appointed to serve as a Judge of the United States Court of International Trade on September 15, 2016. Since commencing his service on that court, established under Article III of the United States Constitution, Judge Katzmann has also sat by designation on the United States Courts of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Second Circuit, and the Ninth Circuit. By appointment of the Chief Justice, he is a member of the Judicial Conference Committee on Federal-State Jurisdiction. Prior to appointment to the federal bench, he served from 2004 to 2016 as an Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, adjudicating the full array of civil and criminal matters.
Before becoming a judge, he was an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Massachusetts, where he variously held the positions of Chief Appellate Attorney, Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division, and Chief Legal Counsel, and engaged in criminal and civil litigation in the trial and appellate courts. He also served on detail to the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. as an Associate Deputy Attorney General focusing on criminal justice policy, and on detail to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He is a recipient of the Department of Justice’s Director’s Awards for excellence in appellate advocacy, and for a successful terrorism prosecution.
Judge Katzmann has been a Visiting Lecturer at Yale Law School and a Lecturer at Harvard Law School. He has been a Research Associate at Harvard Law School’s Center for Criminal Justice, as well as a Fellow at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and the Governance Institute, directing a project on juvenile justice. He is also the editor and contributing author of Securing Our Children’s Future: New Approaches to Juvenile Justice and Youth Violence. He has been actively engaged in civic and school education of school children.
Judge Katzmann received his A.B., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Columbia College, an M.Litt. from Oxford University, an M.P.P.M. from the Yale School of Management, and a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an editor of the Yale Law Journal. He served as a law clerk to Judge Leonard B. Sand of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and to Judge Stephen G. Breyer of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit (and now Justice of the Supreme Court (retired)).
Judge Timothy M. Reif
Timothy M. Reif is a judge on the United States Court of International Trade. The U.S. Court of International Trade, established under article III of the Constitution, has nationwide jurisdiction over civil actions arising out of the international trade laws of the United States.

Ok, now my thoughts….
Specifically, I want to address the claims going around that two of these judges were appointed by Republicans, one by Reagan and one by Trump himself.
Yes, that is true:
Judge Gary S. Katzmann
Appointed by: President Barack Obama
Date of Appointment: September 15, 2016
Court: U.S. Court of International Trade
Judge Timothy M. Reif
Appointed by: President Donald J. Trump
Date of Appointment: (not listed in the image, but officially: August 8, 2019)
Court: U.S. Court of International Trade
Senior Judge Jane A. Restani
Appointed by: President Ronald Reagan
Date of Appointment: November 16, 1983
Court: U.S. Court of International Trade
But it’s not really as clear cut as that, is it?
We have a little something called RINOs, don’t we?
We have them in Congress and we have them in the Judicial Branch too.
Perhaps you’ve heard of Amy Coney Barrett and Justice Kavanaugh and even Justice John Roberts?
All three appointed by Republicans. Two by Trump.
And all three massive disappointments.
Wolves in sheep’s clothing.
Look folks, they don’t call it the DEEP STATE for nothing!
It’s deep, and they’ve been at this for a very long time.
Of course this is all part of their plan.
Get as many RINOs into Congress and into the Judicial Branch as possible, and just like the Fire Extinguisher that says “Break Glass When Needed” you deploy them if/when you need them.
And then you say, “Look at this, President Trump is so out of control that even other Republicans won’t vote with him in Congress, and even judges he appointed are ruling against him.”
What a brilliant and devious and deceptive plan.
Well played, Deep State.
The sickness and depravity of this Deep State machine run very, very deep.
RINO sleeper cells have been planted everywhere, and now they’re calling in those markers.
In related news, these three have been stopped (for now):
TARIFFS BACK ON: Federal Appeals Court Reinstates President Trump’s Tariffs!
TARIFFS BACK ON: Federal Appeals Court Reinstates President Trump’s Tariffs!
I am so happy to report a MASSIVE win that just came in for President Trump, for his tariffs, and quite frankly for this country!
Yes, it’s only temporary right now, but this is a fantastic step in the right direction.
A Federal Appeals Court has just reinstated President Trump’s tariffs after an activist lower-court issued an injunction:

Yes, the move is temporary and the final outcome of the appeal will ultimately decide the fate of the tariffs, almost certainly ensuring we eventually end up at the Supreme Court whichever way the Appeals Court ultimately rules, but this is great progress!
The tariffs can now continue, uninterrupted, as well as President Trump’s leverage in these multi-national trade negotiations.
Grok reports that President Trump’s tariffs may have already pulled in as much as $92 billion since Liberation Day:
Since President Trump’s “Liberation Day” on April 2, 2025, U.S. tariff revenue has significantly increased. According to available data:
April 2025:
The U.S. Treasury Department reported $15.9 billion in tariff collections for the month, compared to $9.6 billion in March 2025.May 2025 (up to May 8):
Total tariff revenue for the year reached $46.6 billion, a 46.3% increase over the same period in 2024.May 2025 (full month estimate):
Some sources report $22.3 billion collected in May alone, bringing the total since January 1, 2025, to over $92 billion.Combining these figures, from April 2 to late May 2025, tariffs likely generated approximately $38.2 billion
($15.9 billion in April + $22.3 billion in May). However, daily averages vary. For example, April saw figures like $918 million per day, far below President Trump’s claim of $2–3 billion daily.
Put differently and also according to Grok, the most recent data shows that tariffs are now pulling in between $500-720 MILLION per day! PER DAY folks!
Based on the most recent data, the U.S. Treasury Department reported $16.3 billion in customs revenue for April 2025, which equates to an average of approximately $543 million per day (over 30 days).
For May 2025, while exact daily figures are less precise, total tariff revenue up to May 8 was $46.6 billion for the year. Some sources estimate that $22.3 billion was collected in May alone.
Assuming May’s collections are similar to April’s daily rate and accounting for 31 days, the daily revenue rate remains in the range of $500–$720 million per day.
No wonder the Deep State Cabal hates this….because it’s working!
You can always tell what is most effective because those are the things the Deep State Cabal uses its judges to try and ban. Are you getting it yet?
What are the top two things the rogue judges keep trying to ban?
One, the deportations.
Two, the tariffs and trade deals.
So that tells you those two things are doing the absolute most damage to the Deep State’s plan to collapse America from within.

And if that’s hard to see, I’ve got a full text transcript for you right here:

PER CURIAM.
ORDER
In the above-captioned cases, the United States Court of International Trade entered judgment against the United States and permanently enjoined certain Executive Orders imposing various tariffs. The United States moves to consolidate its appeals from those rulings and has applied for this court to stay the judgment and injunction pending these appeals and for an immediate administrative stay while the court considers that motion. The United States’s request for the Court of International Trade to grant the same relief remains pending before that court.
Upon consideration thereof,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) The motions to consolidate are granted. The appeals are consolidated, such that only one set of briefs should be filed for the appeals. The revised official caption for the consolidated appeals is reflected in this order.
(2) The request for an immediate administrative stay is granted to the extent that the judgments and the permanent injunctions entered by the Court of International Trade in these cases are temporarily stayed until further notice while this court considers the motions papers.
