The DEI judge explains her decision to release the violent maniac:

According to transcripts obtained by CWB Chicago, as Molina-Gonzalez released Reed in August, she said: ‘I can’t keep everybody in jail because the state’s attorney wants me to.’

Any idiot could predict that Reed would continue to hurt people. What I don’t get is how she knew it would be a white woman like Bethany MaGee that he set on fire.
