It’s unclear what gave judges the nerve to override the people’s will with the swipe of their pen but this might be the worst ruling so far this year.

US District Judge Brendan Hurson, who Sleepy Joe also appointed, temporarily paused President Trump’s executive order restricting sex changes for minors. His justification for this was that the executive order “seems to deny that this population even exists, or deserves to exist,” which makes no sense because no one in the history of the world has ever claimed people living with gender dysphoria do not exist.

In the emergency motion, lawyers wrote that “Over the past week, hospitals across the country have abruptly halted medical care for transgender people under the age of nineteen, cancelling appointments and turning away some patients who have waited years to receive medically necessary care for gender dysphoria,” and argued that the orders signed by Trump are “unlawful and unconstitutional.”

The fact that the left still calls this “care” is reprehensible, as there is nothing medically necessary about performing a double mastectomy on a healthy minor. And the fact that he demands minors be allowed this right is astonishing, as they rely on adults to protect them from harm.

Additionally, minors cannot logically, morally, or legally consent to these procedures, which proves how deranged this “care” is but according to the left, this is nothing but “compassion.”

The suit states that five minor patients, Gabe Goe, Bella Boe, Cameron Coe, Robert Roe, and WG, adult plaintiffs Lawrence Loe and Dylan Doe, and some PFLAG members “are transgender people under the age of nineteen who have been thriving because they have had access to medically necessary treatment for their gender dysphoria.”

Gabe Goe is 14, Bella Boe is 12, Cameron Coe is 12, Robert is 16, WG is 17, Lawrence Loe and Dylan Doe are both 18. All were receiving or were scheduled to receive “receive medically necessary care that the Executive Orders prohibit.”

It’s incomprehensible that the lawsuit argued in favor of irreversible procedures for people as young as 12. They have barely begun puberty at that age and it’s deranged that they would take that away from there before even trying to see if they grow out of this indescribable feeling that the left claims they feel so deeply, yet no one can describe.

Anyone claiming this is about “parental rights” does not seem to understand that parents do not have a right to harm their child, no matter how beholden they are to leftist orthodoxy.

It’s also not like Trump hid the fact that he wanted to end this gender madness on minors, so for the judge to pretend he cares so deeply about democracy, yet attempt to override the will of the people with the swipe of his pen is a level of delusion that even the most gender-confused individuals don’t have.
