The man who has become the face of defiance against President Trump’s sweeping immigration reform appeared in court today, in the United States.

“Not Guilty” — that was the plea his lawyers entered as he faced human trafficking charges.

The federal charges stem from a now-disclosed grand jury indictment.

That indictment basically allowed the Trump Administration to acquiesce to the ROGUE JUDGES who are hell bent on forcing them to bring a man known to be an MS-13 gang member who was here illegally back to the United States…

Yet still ensure that JUSTICE is served.

And then… after he is proven guilty in a court of law, having faced American justice INSIDE our borders, the Trump Administration will presumably DEPORT him — AGAIN!

But today, the so-called ‘Maryland Man’ stood before a U.S. judge and pled his innocence.

A week ago, AG Pamela Bondi announced the grand jury indictment, emphasizing the findings:

If you watched that clip, you heard Bondi reference a specific trafficking ring responsible for a tractor-trailer rollover in Mexico in 2021, killing more than 50 would-be border jumpers.

This was the work of the trafficking ring Garcia has been connected with:

If he didn’t know it before, Garcia found out today that the Trump Administration has someone with inside information into his life, and crimes.

And that someone is cooperating, according to Brian Entin of NewsNation who was in the Nashville court room today with Garcia:

That is the sort of man that Senators like Chris Van Hollen have been spending their time arguing on behalf of.

You know… when they’re SUPPOSED to be focused on the good of the country as Congressman, getting paid with American tax dollars.

And then we have videos like the one below which depicts the the masses of people that have been duped by people like Congressmen Van Hollen into believing Garcia is a poor, innocent victim of the evil Trump Empire:

So now, this gang member — I’m sorry… the ‘Maryland Man‘ — faces trafficking charges for moving illegals over the span of years for pay inside US borders.

And besides the one time that body camera footage was captured when he was pulled over in Tennessee…

The prosecution is arguing that he made 100+ trips back and forth from Mayland to the border, trafficking the illegals, according to CNN:

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Salvadoran national mistakenly deported from the US three months ago, has pleaded not guilty to federal human trafficking charges.

He faces counts of conspiracy to unlawfully transport illegal aliens for financial gain and unlawful transportation of illegal aliens for financial gain.

The allegations relate to a traffic stop when Abrego Garcia drove a Chevrolet Suburban with nine Hispanic male passengers through Tennessee in 2022. Prosecutors allege he transported undocumented people in the US on more than 100 trips between Texas, Maryland and other states.

Prosecutors allege that over several years, Abrego Garcia “operated in the illicit world of an international smuggling ring.”

The Tennessee indictment, approved under seal by a grand jury in late May, and accompanying arrest warrant are what enabled the US government to ask the Salvadoran government to return him, officials have said.

Attorney General Pam Bondi held a news conference touting Abrego Garcia’s indictment last week, calling an aspect of the conspiracy, where children allegedly were transported for profit, “disturbing.” The indictment also alleges he trafficked drugs and firearms.

“These facts demonstrate Abrego Garcia is a danger to our community,” Bondi said.

While Bondi and the indictment emphasized the danger of human smuggling operations and suspected ties to the gang MS-13 – a focus of law enforcement as the Trump administration bears down on undocumented immigrants in the US – the grand jury indictment stopped short of alleging he was a mastermind in the conspiracy.

In a filing last week, the prosecutors told the judge they believe Abrego Garcia also has a history of violence, linked to gangs in El Salvador before he came to the US.

In case you missed it, here’s the body cam footage showing that 2022 traffic stop:

I have to wonder if those activist judges are kicking themselves for pushing so hard for Garcia’s return.

They probably expected the Trump Administration to simply stonewall and ignore their illegitimate orders.

That, at least, would have given them the platform to keep screaming about the INJUSTICE that Garcia is enduring at the hands of President Trump’s evil minions.

Instead, the Trump Administration essentially called the bluff, and took all the wind out of the sails of those standing up for the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS of a non-citizen with violent MS-13 connections who works as a human trafficker.

Since convening the grand jury, more than half of the passengers Garcia was hauling in that 2022 traffic stop have been found to be illegals, as reported by Fox News:

Garcia’s legal team told U.S. Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes on Friday that they have had time to review the indictment, and Garcia understands what he is accused of, before he formally entered the plea, which stems from a 2022 traffic stop.

The criminal case against Abrego Garcia, an alleged MS-13 member, comes after a high-profile, protracted legal fight over his deportation and the Trump administration’s efforts to delay his return to the U.S., even after the Supreme Court ordered the administration to “facilitate” his release earlier this year.

Special Agent Peter T. Joseph told prosecutors on Friday that he was first assigned to Abrego Garcia’s case in April 2025, when he was still detained in El Salvador.

Since then, Joseph said, he has reviewed footage from Abrego Garcia’s 2022 traffic stop, which has emerged as the basis of the human smuggling charges.

At the time, Joseph told prosecutors, Abrego Garcia had been driving a vehicle with nine passengers and was pulled over while driving from St. Louis to Maryland with an expired license.

Six of the nine passengers in the vehicle have since been identified as being in the U.S. illegally, Joseph said, adding that one passenger in the van told officers that he was born in 2007, which would have made him just 15 at the time.

Abrego Garcia’s legal team has vehemently disputed his alleged status as an MS-13 member, and are expected to contest the effort by U.S. prosecutors to have him detained pending trial.

It is still possible some judge somewhere might decide to issue a decree that no one can possibly foresee, thereby ensuring that justice is avoided in this case.

But it is far more likely that the ‘Maryland Man’ is about to run headfirst into the wall of AMERICAN JUSTICE… serve prison time in a U.S. facility…

And then “IF” those incarcerated alongside him decide to let him SURVIVE his days behind bars…

He’ll end up right where President Trump put him to begin with; a high security facility in El Salvador.

But those activist judges and corrupt Congressmen might think twice before they choose their next anti-deportation poster boy.
