A 63-year-old man in Bucks County, Pennsylvania was arrested for allegedly tossing screws and nails in driveways belonging to Trump supporters.
Alaric Dalberg, a Yardley resident, is facing charges of harassment, disorderly conduct and related offenses, according to a report from NBC 10 Philadelphia. According to prosecutors, Dalberg on several occasions threw nails and screws around parked vehicles belonging to individuals who voiced or showed support for President Donald Trump.
Police also stated that Dalberg admitted to placing nails and screws in places he believes what he refers to as “Trumpers” frequently park their cars.
According to court documents, the earliest incident was reported on October 30, 2024, when Dalberg allegedly threw nails and screws from his vehicle as he passed by a home along Newtown-Yardley Road sometime after daylight hours. The targeted property displayed a large inflatable Donald Trump figure along with several large Trump-Vance campaign signs.

The very next day, a woman who works at a local grocery store reported nails and screws scattered around her parked car after work. According to police, Dalberg later admitted that while he was out shopping, he decided to target the woman after overhearing her voicing support for Trump.
Dalberg has also been implicated in a third incident on November 1 which also targeted a home with Trump campaign signs displayed outside.
According to court documents, police were able to identify Dalberg as the suspect in all three incidents thanks to home surveillance footage. After he was questioned by law enforcement at his home back in February, Dalberg admitted to targeting the homes of vehicles of Trump supporters, allegedly adding that he acknowledges it was “dumb and stupid.”
“How could you support him?” Dalberg allegedly asked officers during an interview detailed in court documents.
The Bucks County resident is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on April 25, 2025.
