Once, there would have been shame in shooting an innocent man in the back. But now we live in times enlightened by progressivism. Even the most cowardly killer may get a ballot initiative named after him:

A proposed California ballot initiative, named after alleged UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione, has been recently submitted to the California Attorney General’s Office.

Seriously, they are naming a law after a terrorist murderer. It’s called the Luigi Mangioni Access to Health Care Act. Next might come the Osama bin Laden Down With Islamophobia Act.

The initiative would make it illegal for an insurance company to “delay, deny or modify any medical procedure or medication” suggested by a licensed physician in the Golden State, which could have serious consequences such as “disability, death, amputation, permanent disfigurement, loss or reduction of any bodily function,” the document stated.

According to the Luigi Mangione fan club, the people who provide us with health insurance are the bad guys. Laws must make it progressively impossible for them to do business until they go under. Then Big Government can step forward to provide health insurance for free. For those who actually want to see a doctor, there might still be veterinarians available.

On a tip from Steve.
