‘Legally Void’: Biden’s ENTIRE TERM in Crosshairs, WH Staff Ran Country ‘Entirely By Autopen’ (DOJ Investigation?)

The entire world knew long before the Democratic Party in America would admit it — Joe Biden’s cognitive decline was serious, and dangerous.

It is such a widely accepted reality at this point that it’s not even news worthy in and of itself.

But it is worth reporting the steps being taken at different areas of the federal government by the Trump Administration to FIX the problems; problems that were a direct result of 4 years without a capable captain at the helm.

Besides the threads of corruption, abuse of power, and billions of dollars in theft that are being uncovered by DOGE and those appointed by President Trump for just such a purpose, attempting to wind back the damage done…

There is now a possible angle coming to light that may have isolated and identified what you might call an “easy button”, as it relates to repairing all that damage.

We all recognized that the signature at the bottom of Biden’s big letter reveal was a bit off, in which he stated he would “stand down” and withdraw his name as the democratically chosen nominee for President just weeks before the election.

But what we thought was ‘off’ about that signature… may have been exactly the opposite of the reality.

Because that isn’t the only signature catching attention.

First, check this out — just today independent journalist Kyle Becker is highlighting the mounting evidence that almost every presidential action during Biden’s term was taken using an electronic signature; an “autopen” function.

We’ll get more into that in a moment, and the way it ties directly into the other side of this story.

Also today, in a letter of his own (looks to me like he signed it with an actual pen) the Attorney General of Missouri has called on the U.S. Department of Justice to open an investigation into the overall legality of Biden’s actions as president — in light of his known cognitive decline during his time in office.

Just imagine the implications if that approach catches traction.

If there was actually a legitimate investigation of the facts… it could potentially end in the immediate and complete reversal of the entire Biden Presidency.

I’m not holding my breath — how often do things like this, that SHOULD happen… actually happen?

Not often.  Except these aren’t “normal” times.

Not to give President Trump all the credit, but I’m not sure there’s any other way to sum this up — Donald Trump is currently the President of the United States.

And the enormous impact that world shifting fact might have on the likelihood a legit investigation occurs, resulting in the VOIDING of the entire Biden Presidency… maybe shouldn’t be underestimated.

Andrew Bailey, the AG of Missouri — with a large and compelling pile of evidence on his side — is arguing that the Department of Justice investigate and ultimately VOID the entire Biden Presidency.

And he’s probably right in believing it should happen, and that legally it COULD happen!

Here’s the full letter Bailey sent to the Department of Justice:

In his argument, Bailey cited Biden’s exceptionally erratic decisions towards the end of his term.

And he is specifically focused on getting to the bottom of whether White House staffers took advantage of Biden’s cognitive state to take wield presidential authority without the President’s understanding, according to the Washington Times:

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey wants the Department of Justice to investigate whether staffers of Preisdent Biden took advantage of his cognitive decline to issue “radical” policies at the end of his term without his full understanding.

“I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Mr. Bailey posted on X. “If true, these executive orders, pardons, and all other actions are unconstitutional and legally void.”

He cited Mr. Biden’s decisions after the November election to commute the federal death sentences of 37 out of 40 prisoners to life in prison, grant his son Hunter Biden a retroactive blanket pardon after insisting he would not do so and make the “legally frivolous” claim that the Equal Rights Amendment is part of the U.S. Constitution.

“On Jan. 17 alone, he granted 2,490 commutations, more in a single day than any prior chief executive had granted over their entire presidency,” said the center in its Feb. 7 analysis.

In his Tuesday letter to Mr. Horowitz, Mr. Bailey said the 11th-hour orders “strongly suggest exploitation by staffers and officials who wanted to promulgate far-left policies without any accountability or democratic legitimacy.”

“Staffers and the Vice President cannot constitutionally evade accountability by laundering far-left orders through a man who does not know what he is signing,” Mr. Bailey said. “If in fact this has been occurring, then all those orders are void.”

Kyle Becker’s dig into the forging of Biden’s signature using an electronic “autopen” feature ties perfectly in with AG Bailey’s concerns.

And the findings that Becker is bringing to light — and the findings of the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, which Becker quotes — might flip our immediately misgivings about Biden’s “off” signature in his ‘stand down’ letter… completely on its’ head.

What if that WAS Biden’s actual signature; and EVERY OTHER SIGNATURE in the federal register on documents from his presidency… was an autopen?

Here’s that angle put forth on Kyle Becker’s website today:

The shadow government is being dragged into the light. The disturbing developments about where our money has been going are flooding in on a daily basis.

But less forthcoming is the answer to a question that has been on Americans’ minds about a four-year absence of leadership that looks absolutely vacuous in relief to the vigorous and unrelenting Trump presidency: Who actually ran the Biden presidency?

A tantalizing lead has surfaced, courtesy of a report by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project:

“Whoever controlled the autopen controlled the presidency.

We gathered every document we could find with Biden’s signature over the course of his presidency.

All used the same autopen signature except for the the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year. Here is the autopen signature.”

According to newly released evidence, nearly every document in the federal register bearing Joe Biden’s signature during his presidency was not signed by the man himself—but by an autopen.

What if the only LEGAL act, taken under his own volition (limited though it may have been) was his act of ‘stepping down’ as the 2024 democratic nominee for President?

And what if EVERY OTHER INSTANCE of Biden’s signature on official presidential acts during his term… used an autopen?

That’s exactly what the facts seem to be presenting.

And in case you’re having any trouble remembering just how often Joe Biden seemed confused and “off”, here’s a good video to set the mood.

The fact is, Joe Biden spent his entire 4-year presidency struggling to stay focused and remember the most mundane details of whatever situation he found himself in.

Countless times he walked off the wrong side of a stage, got ‘lost’ in plain view, or EVADED his security detail — because he suddenly changed directions and took off across the White House lawn in a completely unexpected direction that made no sense.

The evidence that Joe Biden was not cognitively healthy enough to adequately dispense the duties of the President is clear — the only question now is… will the DOJ investigate as AG Bailey is requesting.

And will any of Biden’s presidential acts be found to be ‘LEGALLY VOID’, because White House staffers were actually behind them… with no true awareness on Biden’s part?

Time will tell.

But I’m recalling a story from just two months ago, in which House Speaker Mike Johnson fessed up about his “OMG” moment with Biden in the White House.

According to Johnson’s SPOOKY STORY, the claims being made by AG Bailey and the findings of Kyle Becker pan out.

It seems to have been the normal course of business in the White House for staffers to utilize the “autopen” in order to take PRESIDENTIAL ACTION… without the President’s full awareness!

Biden continued to deny that he froze the exports that Speaker Johnson had asked about.

And Johnson admitted that he didn’t know who actually put the paper in front of Biden to sign, but it was obvious that he didn’t have a clue what he was signing, according to the New York Post:

“I didn’t do that,” the president said, according to Johnson.

“Sir, you paused it, I know. I have the export terminals in my state. I talked to those people in my state, I’ve talked to those people this morning, this is doing massive damage to our economy, national security,” Johnson said he told the commander-in-chief.

Biden continued to deny that he froze the exports — and then remembered he signed the executive order, which he said was simply to study the effects of the fuel.

“I walked out of that meeting with fear and loathing because I thought, ‘We are in serious trouble—who is running the country?’” Johnson said.

“Like, I don’t know who put the paper in front of him, but he didn’t know,” he said.

A bombshell December report revealed White House aides had been covering up the 82-year-old president’s mental decline since the very beginning of his term.

As I’ve said, there is a good chance that nothing happens.

No investigation, no automatic erasing of so many ILLEGAL actions taken in the name of a President, and no accountability for those White House staffers who allegedly usurped the Office of the President.

But don’t fail to factor in that ‘TRUMP EFFECT’!

We truly live in a much different world than we did only a few months ago, simply because the PERCEPTION people have and the EXPECTATION of justice and accountability has been shifted so far in the right direction.

There’s no doubt in my mind that the evidence would hold up to scrutiny; Biden was an empty suit, and radical elements within the White House used that for their own politically motivated purposes.

What remains to be seen is how serious the U.S. Department of Justice is, with AG Pam Bondi at the helm, about JUSTICE.

And unfortunately, with the last few weeks of excuses regarding the Epstein files in mind… that is a question that is yet to be answered.
