Talk of a shadow government running the United States has long been the realm of conspiracy theory in the minds of many people.
The Deep State — the bureaucratic unelected over-bloated body made up mostly of left-leaning government workers holding positions in government agencies from which they routinely counter the elected government — has accurately been described as a shadow government.
But now, with the ongoing dismantling of the Deep State at the hands of President Trump and Elon Musk’s DOGE, the Democratic Party is seeking ways to restore the subversive influence it is quickly losing.
The destruction of USAID alone was an enormous hit to their ability to covertly fund and organize subversive actions right under the nose of the American people; and on the taxpayer’s dime.
Here’s a glance behind the curtain at how that OLDER model of the Democrat’s shadow government was discovered, quantified, and is now being deconstructed using fractal technology to map out the ‘shadowy’ part and bring it into stark clarity:

Here’s the full text of that incredibly eye-opening post:
REPORT: NGOs EMERGE AS “SHADOW GOVERNMENT” WITH 55,000 ORGANIZATIONS
Fractal technology maps previously hidden connections between 55,000 liberal NGOs, revealing how tax dollars allegedly flow through major institutions like Vanguard and Morgan Stanley to groups like the Chinese Progressive Association.
This breakthrough tracking system can now monitor “every dollar going to every NGO,” exposing intricate funding webs that traditional tech couldn’t detect.
Example: Black Voters Matter Fund’s $4M distribution network was invisible until quantum mapping revealed dozens of subsidiary organizations.
The unprecedented mapping reveals a previously hidden web of financial relationships.

Now, a new shadow government is being created to help fill the vacuum of that lost influence.
And it is specifically purposed to counter the ongoing work of President Trump’s administration and his stated agenda of putting America back on the right track.
We’ve heard multiple Democrats talk openly of a shadow government lately, so it shouldn’t really be any surprise that we’re now seeing it happen.
Here’s a clip of Tim Walz openly promoting a Democrat shadow government just a week ago:
TIM WALZ: “I think we need a shadow government so when all these things come up, every single day, we have an alternate press conference telling the truth about what things are happening.” pic.twitter.com/jQDic0Espl
— Eric Daugherty (@EricLDaugh) March 28, 2025
So on the back of Walz’ comments claiming that the Trump Administration is attempting to restrict the vote, Democrats are attempting to paint the Trump Administration as the ones who are somehow harming America and unconstitutionally restricting citizens’ right to vote.
Except, they’re not talking about U.S. citizens, are they? (That’s a classic example of the Democratic Party’s ‘alternative’ messaging.)
And their media-focused act of subversion to push the United States back in that direction, towards believing the lies of the Democratic Party, is a replacement version of the old shadow government they are calling the ‘People’s Cabinet.
Tim Walz started talking about just a week ago, and now the newest Democrat pushback against President Trump has materialized.
Here’s DNC Chair Ken Martin announcing the ‘alternative’ to President Trump’s official Presidential Cabinet:
BREAKING: DNC Chair Ken Martin just announced that Democrats are forming a shadow cabinet to oppose Trump, calling it the “People’s Cabinet.”
“They will share ‘accurate and reliable’ information to help you fight back.”

Martin’s assertion that their alt-Cabinet will feature “experts, leaders, and everyday Americans who will share reliable and accurate information…” certainly sounds a lot like just another Disinformation Governance Board.
Remember that Orwellian nightmare idea that died as soon as it sprouted wings purely on its’ obvious unconstitutionality?
Well, now we have the ‘People’s Cabinet’; Tim Walz’ fantasy of a shadow government realized.
Here’s what the NEWEST redesign of the Democrats’ subversive operation looks like according to their own words, from Democrats.org:
“People’s Cabinet” to feature subject matter experts on policy, elevating national and local leaders, and community voices on issues impacting working families
Today, DNC Chair Ken Martin announced the launch of the “People’s Cabinet,” a new project from the DNC that will leverage a deep bench of qualified policy experts, national and local leaders, as well as community voices who – all working together – will cut through the lies and speak directly to the American people about the reality of the Trump administration’s reckless and dangerous agenda.
While Donald Trump stacks his administration with out-of-touch billionaires, Fox News hosts, conspiracy theorists, and unqualified loyalists, the People’s Cabinet will provide the American people with real facts and accurate information about the devastating impact of Trump’s agenda for working families. The People’s Cabinet will include a wide array of national, state, and local experts on the economy, health care, working families and communities, public safety, national security, and foreign policy.
“I’ve been traveling across the country nonstop since I started this job, and what I hear over and over is that Americans want us to challenge Trump’s unimpeded lies, confront his reckless agenda, and offer a better alternative,” said DNC Chair Ken Martin. “Trump has stacked his Cabinet with out-of-touch billionaires and know-nothing loyalists who are wreaking havoc on the lives of working people across this country, with total disregard for the harm they’re causing our families – from stripping away their health care coverage, to jacking up their costs at the grocery store, to putting the lives of service members at risk. The People’s Cabinet is made up of experts, leaders, and everyday Americans from across the country who will equip communities with the reliable, accurate information they need to fight back against the worst of the Trump and Republican agenda.”
In order to reach the American people, the Cabinet will conduct briefings with media and coalition partners, speak directly with Americans across the country at town halls as part of the DNC’s People’s Town Hall initiative, produce digital content to reach Americans across the platforms where they get their news, engage in rapid response to counter the lies and disinformation from the Trump administration, and serve as thought leaders for the Democratic ecosystem on effective strategy and tactics in countering the worst of the Republican agenda.
The DNC will continue to announce additional members and programming in the coming weeks. Initial programming from the People’s Cabinet includes:
- Press briefing on the Trump-Musk attacks on Social Security last week with former Social Security Commissioner Martin O’Malley to detail the devastating impact of DOGE cuts to Social Security for millions of Americans.
- Jobs Day and economic press briefing today with former Labor Secretary and co-founder of Inequality Media Civic Action Robert Reich and Former Acting Labor Secretary Julie Su to highlight the Trump administration’s reckless economic agenda and attacks on labor.
- Content and programming with former Virginia Delegate, and national security and cyber security expert, Hala Ayala.
- Content and programming from former Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes outlining the impact of the Trump administration’s policies on local communities.
- Virtual roundtable on the impact of Trump’s economic agenda on farmers and rural communities with former U.S. Senator from North Dakota Heidi Heitkamp and farmer, rural advocate, and co-founder of The Back Forty Will Westmoreland.

Isn’t that telling.
Was the official announcement of the Democrats ALTERNATIVE TRUTH program a product of Chat GPT? It would seem so, at least in part.
After all, since when did the Democratic Party follow any principled guidelines other than the highly programmed ‘ALTERNATE’ stance that happens to suit their momentary political fancy?
One X user responded to news of this new version of their shadow government with a reminder of how fickle the Democratic Party’s official position on ANYTHING really is.
Just listen to this!
The Democrats have become the shadow government, the party of lies and propaganda. I remember when they actually told the truth, Democrats should listen to Senator Schumer before the party became anti-American. If that old clip doesn’t tell you the Democratic Party is just following a programmed script, whether it’s written by Chat GPT or produced by some party Truth Minder, I don’t know what does.
And that’s the scary part. The entire focus of their “People’s Cabinet” is to COUNTER everything the President is saying.
And they want the American people to simply forget that they are the party of controlled information and official narratives.
Another oddity I noticed while researching this newly formed shadow government is a story in Axios dated April 2nd — two full days before the “People’s Cabinet” was announced by DNC Chair Ken Martin.
I couldn’t find very much news coverage at all over the past two days about this whole thing, and I looked hard. And now suddenly there’s an article in Axios (that my deep research somehow missed until today?) pointing out that Daniel Koh is actually the brainchild of the “People’s Cabinet” — WEIRD.
Daniel Koh, a key Biden White House official in charge of interagency communications, and a prominent adviser to President Biden, just happens to have been featured in one of my most recent stories:
Scott Jennings’ Most BRUTAL TAKEDOWN Yet? Biden Official Tries to Defend Lloyd Austin (BIG MISTAKE!)
I quickly realized that Daniel Koh isn’t being touted for launching the “People’s Cabinet” in general, he’s simply doing his part.
Koh, with his media-savvy approach and his Reverate Media company, is initiating a podcast by the same name, coinciding with the larger project headed up by the DNC Chair himself.
Koh’s podcast, intended to spearhead the Democrats’ shadow government messaging, will “articulate substantive policy alternatives to the Trump administration”, according to Axios:
Daniel Arrigg Koh, a former senior aide in the Biden White House, is launching a new media venture — starting with a podcast, “The People’s Cabinet” — to help alleviate Democrats’ shortfall in new media.
Why it matters: Koh says the podcast is inspired by the “shadow cabinet” in the U.K. and other countries, to provide “an inspiring, alternative vision for our country’s future, while giving listeners the tools to persuade the people Democrats need to win again.”
“The People’s Cabinet” is the first venture of Koh’s new company, Reverate Media, which is aimed at closing the Democratic disadvantage across new media ecosystems.
The podcast will feature Democratic thinkers, officials and rising leaders who can articulate substantive policy alternatives to the Trump administration.
What they’re saying: “It’s not just anti-Trump and anti-MAGA,” Koh told Axios. In a YouTube trailer, Koh says: “I’m here to ask the tough questions to understand how government works, and how we can make it better. … Because the world doesn’t change when we don’t show up.”
Here’s the trailer for Daniel Koh’s podcast wing of Ken Martin’s new shadow government (which Koh himself said is inspired by the UK’s shadow cabinet):

One conservative writer has covered the creation of a shadow government by pointing out one of the key questions it brings to my mind, as well.
Isn’t the simple answer to the Democratic Party’s problems to just FIX THEIR POLICY ISSUES? — (The answer is YES!!!)
But as one particular writer noted, the Democrats are instead intent on forming an illegitimate government as the answer to their internal policy and messaging problems, according to a story in Conservative Cardinal:
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has called for Democrats to establish a “shadow government” to counter messaging from the Trump administration. The failed vice presidential candidate made the remarks during a recent speech to supporters, suggesting an organized opposition effort is needed to provide what he calls “the truth” about the administration’s actions.
While the suggestion almost mirrors the system in the United Kingdom, whereby a “shadow cabinet” proposes alternative measures to the government, there is no such system in the United States. Walz specifically targeted Trump’s executive order on voting, claiming it restricts voting rights. His proposed solution involves creating a parallel government structure that would host alternative press conferences to challenge the administration’s narratives.
During his remarks, Walz admitted Democrats have messaging problems rather than policy issues. He expressed frustration that his party has not been aggressive enough in defending their positions on controversial topics like immigration and DEI initiatives.
Despite Democrats’ significant influence in mainstream media, Walz believes the party faces internal coordination challenges in crafting effective messages. But fixing it shouldn’t require forming an illegitimate government, should it?
(Emphasis added.)
As usual, the Democratic Party is missing the point.
First and foremost, the issue isn’t their ability to communicate their policy effectively.
The biggest issue facing the Democratic Party is that they are WRONG on almost EVERYTHING — and the majority of Americans know it!
And now, with the tide turning on their previous ability to literally steal elections, they can no longer get away with it.
This isn’t the Democratic Party attempting to change their ways, or learn from their mistakes.
It is nothing but an attempt to regain the ability to control the narrative, and push back against the Trump Administration’s quick destruction of their decades-old subversive superstructure.
I have no doubt the false narratives we saw rise to a deafening crescendo during the height of Biden’s Covid response will continue.
But I highly doubt the Democratic Party will regain its ability to fool the American people quite as effectively as it has… any time soon.
