The judicial coup continues.

On Friday evening, a left-wing activist judge ruled that President Trump is not allowed to make proof of citizenship mandatory for voting.

Judge Colleen Constance Kollar-Kotelly, an 82-year-old Clinton-appointee, permanently blocked President Trump from requiring citizenship proof on federal voting forms.

Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly has decided Trump CANNOT have the states require proof of citizenship for federal voter registration.

She believes she is president of the United States.

The judge’s ruling came in response to President Trump’s executive order from back in March requiring Americans to provide proof of citizenship in order to vote.

Judge Kollar-Kotelly is calling the order “unconstitutional.”

A federal judge has ruled the Trump administration cannot enforce an executive order requiring documented proof of U.S. citizenship on federal voter registration forms, a decision the administration defends as a lawful effort to protect election integrity.

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in Washington, D.C., on Friday found the requirement unconstitutional, writing that the president “lacks the authority to direct such changes.”

“The first question presented in these consolidated cases is whether the president, acting unilaterally, may direct changes to federal election procedures,” Kollar-Kotelly wrote in her opinion.

“Because our Constitution assigns responsibility for election regulation to the States and to Congress, this Court holds that the President lacks the authority to direct such changes.”

What on earth is “unconstitutional” about requiring American citizens — who are the only people legally allowed to vote in U.S. elections — to show proof of that in order to vote?

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis noted:

And by the way, yes, that’s her real name.

Nobody elected this woman.

And yet, she’s acting like she is the president and can order whatever she wants.

Of course, the Trump administration will appeal this nonsensical ruling and hopefully prevail.

The White House disagreed with the judge’s ruling in a statement late Friday.

“President Trump has exercised his lawful authority to ensure only American citizens are casting ballots in American elections,” said Abigail Jackson, a White House spokesperson. “This is so commonsense that only the Democrat Party would file a lawsuit against it. We expect to be vindicated by a higher court.”

But, the judicial coup is getting completely out of hand.

Clinton-appointed Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly just ruled that proof of citizenship isn’t required to register to vote, meaning anyone can fill out a voter registration form and claim to be a citizen without showing ID. You just have to take their word for it.

She’ll be overturned, but these rogue illegitimate judges are doing everything they can to bog down the administration in unnecessary, lengthy legal battles.

Something needs to be done about these traitors now.
