Even after a dismal showing in November’s election and cratering approval ratings in the months since, Democratic Party leaders remain far more focused on trashing President Trump than trying to repair their own tattered reputation.

That has been evident in the left’s ongoing campaign to characterize the president as a flip-flopper using the acronym TACO, which stands for “Trump Always Chickens Out.”

Their juvenile taunts fall flat upon scrutiny, however, since Trump has repeatedly held firm to his principles and promises since taking office.

But that didn’t stop Democrats from parking a taco truck outside of the Republican Party headquarters in DC for what they must have thought would be an incredibly clever political statement.

Instead, it was the subject of a scathing rebuke from Vice President JD Vance, as The Hill reported:

“We have the lamest opposition in American history,” Vance wrote on the social media platform X in response to a post about the Democratic National Committee’s (DNC) taco truck, which features a depiction of Trump in a giant chicken costume with the words “Trump Always Chickens Out.”
