After leftist thugs prominently including former top CNN anchor Don Lemon attacked a Saint Paul church during service, driving out the worshipers, we finally got some action from the federal government. But any remaining fans of Lemon can rest assured he is beyond the law.

The Blaze reports:

The wife of the judge who refused to accept charges against Don Lemon for disrupting a church service is herself an assistant attorney general working for AG Keith Ellison.

Ellison, a former member of the Nation of Islam and former Deputy Chair of the Democratic National Committee, openly endorses Antifa and took part in the railroading of Derek Chauvin. There is no one to his left. He insolently excused the attack on Cities Church by citing the First Amendment — which explicitly defends free exercise of religion.

Three others were charged with participating in the incursion.

While many believed the former CNN anchor would also face charges over his participation in the protest, sources told various news outlets that a magistrate refused to sign off on the charges.

The magistrate was later identified as Judge Douglas Micko, whose wife, Caitlin Micko, works in Ellison’s office, according to some reports.

Lemon is black and famous — not to mention conspicuously homosexual. He could have taken a knife to the minister’s throat and he would get away with it. Refer to the O.J. verdict if you doubt it.
