Trump, bible, flag, Kevin Jackson

The following article, Immigration Judge Fired Mid-Hearing — and the Left Heard Beijing Cry Out, was first published on The Black Sphere.

President Trump re-entered Washington like a contractor surveying a condemned building, pointing at cracked foundations and asking, “Who signed off on this mess?”

And his first policy action was to address illegal immigration? He’s treating it like the biggest termite infestation in American history, and he’s not stopping at fumigating the border.

No. Trump is pulling up floorboards, shining a light into every dark corner of the federal machinery where bureaucrats, activists, and foreign-influence hobbyists have been nesting and nibbling away at sovereignty for decades.

And nowhere is that rot more obvious than in America’s immigration courts — a structure so warped and corrupted by partisan judges, activist lawyers, nonprofit laundromats, and friendly foreign “influence partners” that it’s a miracle the whole thing hasn’t collapsed into a flaming sinkhole on live TV.

So naturally, when Trump fired yet another immigration judge — this time in the middle of an active asylum hearing — the Left reacted like he walked into the courtroom, kicked over the bench, and reenacted the final scene of Scarface.

But really, all he did was send an email.

The Case of the Judge Who Got Fired Before She Could Finish Crying

Meet Judge Shuting Chen, Biden-era appointee, self-proclaimed defender of the system, and apparently the first judge in American history to be jump-scared by her own inbox.

Chen was right in the middle of an asylum case involving three Venezuelan siblings when her computer flashed a polite little message:

“Notice of Termination.”

And that’s when she started to cry. In open court in front of the lawyers, the interpreter, and the asylum-seekers.

‘I had a very emotional reaction,’ Chen, who was appointed under the Biden administration in 2022, told NBC Bay Area News.

Now normally, a judge crying mid-hearing would prompt some sort of “Is everything okay?” moment, maybe a recess, maybe the judicial equivalent of “Honey, step outside and breathe.” But no — this was a political opera, and Chen played the part with gusto. She told the courtroom she’d been fired, that she couldn’t finish the case, and according to reports, the entire room slipped into an emotional mood reminiscent of airport goodbyes.

The media described her firing as if Trump personally rappelled through the skylight wearing night-vision goggles. But let’s remind everyone of something important:

Immigration judges work for the DOJ. That means the President can fire them. Period.

This isn’t controversial. This isn’t a coup. This is literally the job description.

But of course, the media framed it as an authoritarian earthquake. NPR jumped in breathlessly:

“At least 90 immigration judges have been terminated since Trump returned to the White House.”

The number of judges fired is actually much higher, one source citing 139 judges fired.

That’s not spring cleaning, but instead a much-needed estate sale. A purge.

These are the same courts that spent years slow-walking deportations, rubber-stamping asylum claims, and treating the law like a buffet where everyone got to pick and choose whatever made them feel compassionate, woke, or “on the right side of history.”

Trump took one look at that, cracked his knuckles, and said, “Yeah… we’re done with this.”

Why the Left Is REALLY Screaming About These Firings

Let’s be clear: The Left isn’t upset because judges are being fired. They’re upset because the type of judges being fired threatens the pipeline they depend on.

And what pipeline is that? The one that runs directly from foreign-funded activist networks → to NGOs → to immigration lawyers → to asylum mills → to Democrat voter rolls.

See, while Democrats publicize their immigration stance as compassion, what they’re really protecting is a sprawling, lucrative operation. A machine. A beautifully oiled contraption powered by:

  • NGO money
  • Foreign influence cash
  • Billions in taxpayer-funded incentives
  • And an endless supply of “clients” crossing the border

It’s a voter-importation program wearing a humanitarian Halloween costume.

And immigration judges sympathetic to the “just let everybody in” philosophy were a crucial cog in that machine. You remove that cog — or in Trump’s case, 139+ cogs — and suddenly the whole contraption starts making a sad grinding sound.

That’s why Chen wasn’t mourning her job. She was mourning the system, and her words prove it:

“I don’t just mourn the loss of a job, but the disintegration of a system.” — Shuting Chen, interviewed by NBC Bay Area

You ever notice how people only talk about “the system” when the gravy train hits a wall?

Trump Is Dismantling the Hidden Architecture of Illegal Immigration

Everybody knows about the border and the wall from Trump’s first term. But then came his action of shutting down the border invasion without even building the wall. Next, came the inevitable drop in illegal crossings, the implosion of the cartels, and the sudden appearance of panic-sweat on Democrat foreheads.

But Phase II is the part the media is terrified of. That’s the part where Trump goes after:

  • The legal loopholes
  • The activist judges
  • The foreign-funded nonprofits
  • The asylum mills
  • The bureaucratic choke points
  • And the courtroom pipelines feeding the Left’s entire electoral math

You think Democrats care about “fairness” in immigration courts? Please.

Immigration courts were their last stronghold — the basement bunker where their ideological diehards could slow-walk deportations until everyone forgot what the case was about.

As mentioned earlier, since Trump took office again, 139 judges have either been fired, forced into early retirement, or involuntarily transferred. That’s 22% of Biden-era judges gone. And that’s only the beginning.

One out of every five likely Biden-appointed judges is already out the door. That’s not reform, but instead a controlled demolition.

The Media Wants You to Believe These Judges Were Saints

Every article covering the firings follows the same script — almost like someone emailed the talking points:

  • “These judges have backgrounds in defending immigrants…”
  • “They have trauma-filled jobs…”
  • “They were pillars of compassion…”
  • “This is cruel and unprecedented…”

Funny. They never mention how many of these judges came through activist organizations funded by foreign influence outlets, globalist NGOs, or the alphabet soup of “advocacy groups” that somehow always lead back to money trails Democrats don’t want anyone examining.

They certainly won’t talk about how the old system rewarded judges who rubber-stamped asylum claims like they were signing yearbooks.

And they absolutely will not discuss how foreign governments — including the Chinese Communist Party — have strategically exploited America’s broken immigration courts for decades.

What Really Terrified the Left About Chen’s Firing

Was it the firing itself? No. Was it the precedent? Of course not — immigration judges serve at the pleasure of the Executive Branch. They’re not lifetime federal judges.

What scared them was the timing. The psychological effect. The symbolism.

Trump is sending a message:

“You don’t get to help foreign interests undermine American sovereignty from the comfort of a judicial bench.”

And to anyone still clinging to the old system, crying through hearings, and taking calls from “advocacy groups” with suspicious international ties?

Pack your bags. America is under new management.

Phase II: The Quiet Revolution Inside the DOJ

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) oversees all immigration courts. And the early days of Trump’s second term began with DOJ leadership cleaning house — aggressively.

New DOJ leadership removed the old Biden-era EOIR senior staff almost instantly, and their actions weren’t random, but surgical. Because once you remove the ideological brain center controlling the courts, the rest becomes easy — and fast.

And that’s exactly what’s happening. The DOJ isn’t just replacing judges. It’s re-wiring the entire operating system:

  • Faster hearings
  • Tighter evidentiary standards
  • Less activist discretion
  • More emphasis on national security
  • More deference to immigration law as written
  • Less tolerance for foreign-funded advocacy movements using courts as political weapons

This is the part Democrats never thought Trump would touch.

The border? Sure. ICE? Obviously. But the courts? The sacred temple of judicial activism? They never expected Phase II.

The Left Has Only One Move Left: Panic

You can tell how desperate Democrats are getting:

  • Immigration crossings have collapsed.
  • NGO funding is drying up.
  • The asylum backlog is shrinking for the first time in memory.
  • Their pipeline of new voters is blocked.
  • Their ideological activists inside the courts are being escorted out.

And now they’re spinning stories about crying judges as if America is supposed to light a candle and mourn the bureaucratic downfall of a system designed to reward illegal entry.

No. We’re not doing that. Not anymore.

Trump didn’t return to Washington to preserve the system; he returned to bury it — and build a lawful one in its place.

The Question Nobody in the Media Wants to Ask

If immigration courts have been operating independently, constitutionally, and ethically…

Why did replacing 22% of Biden-era judges suddenly threaten the whole system? And why did one fired judge say the system was “disintegrating”? Finally, why did activist groups respond like someone detonated a political blast radius?

It’s almost as if they know the system wasn’t built to enforce the law — it was built to circumvent it.

And Trump just pulled the blueprint out of their hands.

Conclusion: There’s a New Sheriff in Town — and He’s Auditing the Judges

Trump’s firing of Judge Chen wasn’t a meltdown moment. It was a milestone; a public reminder that the era of activist-lawfare-asylum-industrial-complex politics is coming to a close.

And this story — this one firing — is just a preview of what’s coming as Trump continues cleaning out America’s legal crawlspaces. Trust me…There are going to be a lot more judges refreshing their inboxes with trembling hands.
