This is incredibly infuriating.

In Gavin Newsom’s California, ICE just arrested a convicted child sex offender and known gang member.

They found him living inside a home daycare — a place where parents drop off their children trusting they will be cared for.

San Diego’s Field Office Director for ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Patrick Divver made the announcement in a video.

Good morning. I’m Patrick Divver, ICE San Diego’s Field Office Director for ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations.

Today, ICE officers in San Diego arrested an illegal alien from Mexico with a disturbing criminal history. This individual is an unregistered convicted child sex offender with prior convictions that include possession of a firearm, DUI, domestic violence, brandishing a firearm, battery, assault, robbery, and illegal reentry after removal. He is also a known Logan Heights gang member.

At the time of his arrest, this alien was found living inside an active daycare in San Diego with his partner, an alarming situation that underscores the public safety risk posed by individuals just like him.

This case highlights exactly why ICE is conducting enforcement operations in San Diego. To remove dangerous criminals who threaten our communities, our children, and put public safety at risk.

It’s disturbing enough that this illegal criminal gang member, convicted of child sex crimes, was arrested while living at a daycare for who knows how long.

But, there’s one lesser detail that also stands out to me.

According to Divver, this sicko was also charged for illegal re-entry after removal.

That means he was deported, and California let him back in!

We don’t know where he was deported from originally.

But, it’s very likely that this monster was drawn to California due to its sanctuary city policies.
