Long before team Biden was arresting praying grandmothers and infiltrating Latin Mass, Kamala Harris was prosecuting journalists who exposed embarrassing admissions to criminal corruption within her beloved benefactor, Planned Parenthood.
Remember those “Baby Parts for Sale” hidden-camera videos that sparked congressional hearings into Planned Parenthood illegally profiteering over the destroyed remains of unborn babies? The video that mentioned the ‘medical professional’ wanting to buy a Lambo off the profits?
Kamala Harris, who happened to be California’s AG at the time, prioritized this prosecution, seized the tapes and alleged the videos were ‘deceptively edited’. (Striking echoes of the later-popularized phrase ‘misinformation and disinformation’.)
The case wound through the courts, slowly. Appeals and challenges to the central claims were raised in various courts.
Now, eleven years after activist law fare prosecution began punishing him for exposing the truth, David Daleiden has finally been vindicated.
Kamala’s prosecutors wanted 10 years prison time for his undercover video, which (incidentally) appeals courts in Texas ruled had NOT been ‘deceptively edited’.
In the end of his nine-year deal, he finally walks out, vindicated and a free man.
Daleiden, founder and president of the Center for Medical Progress, was the center of a Democrat-led lawfare campaign led by then–California Attorney General Kamala Harris after he exposed in 2015 via undercover footage abortion facilities selling aborted babies’ body parts.
“As promised, the final charge has been DISMISSED and the case completely expunged—after a couple months’ administrative delay, and a truly bizarre last-minute ‘April Fool’s’ attempt by @PPFA and @NatAbortionFed to overturn the State’s agreement,” Daleiden wrote Thursday on X.

All charges have now been dropped against Daleiden and Merritt, in exchange for a “no contest” plea for one felony video-recording charge. That charge was eventually converted to a misdemeanor, and the no-contest plea entered as a not guilty plea, and then dismissed and expunged.
The January 2025 deal requires no jail time, fines, admission of wrongdoing, or probation for the pair, who originally had faced the possibility of ten years in prison. — NationalReview
One more reminder as to the bullet we all dodged when Kamala fell short of her bid to sit in the White House.
