The House released their ethics report on Matt Gaetz. Timing is everything, so they say. The sad fact is that this “report” fails to pay attention to certain facts that seriously mitigate the accusations contained in it. (Twitchy) Gaetz filed a lawsuit against the House in an attempt to stop the release, but to no avail.

The problem of being tried and convicted by the media is alive and well. Never mind what any law enforcement agency my say. Matt Gaetz’ accuser is currently in prison for making similar accusations about sex with minors. The House ethics report reveals no exculpatory evidence whatsoever.

She absolutely WAS the only reporter to check it out. The DOJ found NO CREDIBLE EVIDENCE against Gaetz.

“This is them being terrified that Gaetz is going to expose the people that had government pay off their sexual assault victims. So like real chumps and losers they attack the person who was cleared by the DOJ. If there was anything to these claims the DOJ would have found it. I hope everyone involved in this smear campaign is sued by @mattgaetz  until they are bankrupt.” @TXRealtorDallas

“Mollie you Know if they had Anything at all on him, they would have made it into 34 counts of horrendous tremendous BS and he would be in court and jail right now. Innocent until proven guilty. That’s not ez in Bidens DOJ. They don’t care about the Innocent part. We Know it too.” @DaveTudino

“I’m not a fan of Gaetz but I also believe people should be convicted in a jury trial before we remove the “allegations” part of the description of activities we haven’t seen or have first hand knowledge of.” @BackporchBobcat

“They’ve learned to harness mob mentality. Plant an ugly image in their heads and it takes a lot to dislodge it.” @iamisgo11

Truth, that. This Gaetz ethics report is ridiculous. The trial-by-media method of attacking people they don’t agree with must stop. Unfortunately, it probably won’t until Jesus returns.
