HORRIFIC: Elderly Seattle Woman Blinded After “Serial Assaulter” Brutally Attacks Her

In the lawless streets of the liberal dystopia that is Seattle, an elderly woman was left permanently blinded in one eye after she was savagely attacked by a career criminal with a history of assault.

While she was standing outside the King County Courthouse, 75-year-old Jeanette Marken was smashed in the face with a wooden board by a violent repeat offender.

A screw that was sticking out of the board struck her in her right eye and gouged it out. She has been told that she will not be able to recover her sight in that eye.

The attacker, Fale Vaigalepa Pea, has a long criminal history that includes assaulting and stabbing people.

The police officer who detained Pea after he hit Jeanette Marken in the face with a board casually told another officer that he was notorious in the city for randomly punching people.

75-year-old Jeanette Marken was standing outside the King County Courthouse – right in front of the justice system – when a known violent offender walked up and drove a screw through her eye.

Fale Vaigalepa Pea used a wooden plank with a metal screw jammed into the end. He didn’t know her. Didn’t say a word. Just attacked.

Cops arrested him a block away. They knew exactly who he was. Everyone did. Court records show multiple assaults, including stabbing someone eight times. He’s been punching random people for years. This time, he escalated – and now a grandmother is permanently blinded.

And guess what? He was out walking free. Because in America, violent repeat offenders get endless second chances – courtesy of soft-on-crime judges and politicians more worried about “equity” than public safety.

How many more people need to be maimed before the justice system starts protecting victims instead of predators?

How in the world was this guy allowed to walk freely on the streets, punching and stabbing people at will?

He should have been locked up a long time ago.

KOMO News has more details on the assailant’s lengthy criminal background:

Pea has been well known to law enforcement for years.

In 2011, he stabbed two people at a party in SeaTac. One of the victims was stabbed eight times, according to an arrest report from the incident.

Court records show he was convicted by a jury and received an 18-month sentence of community custody.

Pea continued to rack up assault charges, including one case in 2020, four cases in 2023, and one case in 2024.

According to the King County jail, Fale has been booked eight times this year, though Seattle Municipal Court and King County Superior Court records show none of his arrests this year resulted in charges prior to the assault on Marken. Seattle police have arrested Pea repeatedly this year for charges of assault, indecent exposure, drugs, property destruction, unlawful use of weapons, and malicious mischief.

The King County Prosecuting Attorneys told KOMO News that none of his prior arrest from this year were referred to their office for felony charges. The Seattle City Attorney’s Office, which handles misdemeanor offenses, did not immediately have information on case referrals for Pea.

He is now charged with assault in the first degree and is expected to appear for a competency hearing later this month.

“The defendant’s egregious actions in this case, as well as his prior assaultive criminal history, demonstrate that he is a substantial danger to the community and is likely to commit a violent offense,” prosecutors wrote in charging documents for the assault on Marken.

News that the man accused of attacking his mother was a repeat offender is frustrating for Dyrikis.

“He’s a usual? A usual what?” Dyrikis said. “Attacking people? Civilians? What the hell is wrong with your system?”

Notably, the establishment media is avoiding this story like the plague.

Of course, the left-wing media wants to cover up just how utterly and horrifically Democrat leadership failed in cities like Seattle.

Liberal judges like the ones who let this guy avoid consequences should be held accountable.
