What a whirlwind day it’s been!

Around noon we got the shock announcement that Matt Gaetz had pulled his name from consideration for Attorney General.

That was completely unexpected and caught many of us off guard, myself included.

Now tonight, not even 12 hours after we lost Matt Gaetz we now have our new Attorney General candidate: Pam Bondi.

But if you’re like me, you probably had a couple thoughts….

First, a little bit of a let down because I think we all thought and hoped it would be Kash Patel.

Second, “who is Pam Bondi again?”

I definitely recognize the name and remember her popping up over the years dating all the way back to 2016, and I remember her being someone who President Trump seemed to trust and rely on a lot, but beyond that I don’t have a deep knowledge of who she is, how strong she is, where she stands on things, etc.

So….if you’re like me you probably want to know as much as you can about her and I’m here to help!

I just got done doing a massive deep dive into “Who Is Pam Bondi” and I thought I’d share everything I found with you!

In no particular order, let’s start with this Tweet from Fox News’ Lawrence Jones III, one of the few guys I trust over there still.

Once we lost Tucker, the list of people I really trust is basically Jesse Watters, Greg Gutfeld and Lawrence Jones III.

So I loved seeing him set the tone with this post:

But now let’s really dig in, and I’m going to give you a TON of info about Pam Bondi.

And when we get to the end, I think you’re going to probably feel the same way I do, which is I’m still a bit sad it’s not Matt Gaetz or Kash Patel, but I think we’re going to be just fine!

Starting here:

Pam Bondi background… 🔎

She is an American attorney, lobbyist, and politician who has been notably active in both Florida state politics and national politics, particularly during the Trump administration.

• Pamela Jo Bondi was born on November 17, 1965, in Temple Terrace, Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Criminal Justice in 1987 and later from Stetson Law School with a Juris Doctor in 1990. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991.

• Bondi served as an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County, Florida, for over 18 years, focusing on cases ranging from domestic violence to capital murder.

• She was elected as the 37th and first female Attorney General of Florida in 2010, serving from 2011 to 2019. During her tenure:
– She was known for her aggressive stance against “pill mills,” combatting opioid abuse, and addressing human trafficking.
– Bondi gained national attention for her unsuccessful lawsuit against the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare.

• Bondi was part of President Donald Trump’s legal defense team during his first impeachment trial in 2020.
– She briefly worked at the White House as a special government employee to assist with messaging during Trump’s impeachment proceedings.
– Post her role as Florida AG, she joined Ballard Partners, a lobbying firm with ties to Trump, and she lobbied for foreign interests including Qatar.

• As of 2024, Pam Bondi leads the legal arm of the America First Policy Institute, aligning with Trump’s political agenda. This role involves her in activities related to law, justice, and policy advocacy.

• Bondi is a staunch ally of Trump, known for her loyalty to him and his policies.

Remember, this was in early 2016, when not many supported Donald Trump. She is a true Trump loyalist. She’s always been there for him and supported him

I speculated on that earlier today.

I have to say, it seems very likely.

Matt Gaetz backed off without a fight, almost like they got what they needed and time to move on.

RINOs exposed.

All their ammo already spent.

Hook, line and sinker!

And then Pam Bondi was clearly already vetted and ready to go just hours later.

Did the Dems and RINOs walk right into an obvious trap?

I don’t dislike them, it’s just not my thing.

But I do find them interesting from time to time.

Not all the time stamps and the “deltas”, I think that stuff is often quite overblown, but stuff like this sure does become hard to ignore:
