Germany is not a free country. Stasi tactics are used to suppress thoughtcrime. But that does not stop the moonbats infesting its courts from denouncing America for not meeting their standard of liberty.

Allah’s Willing Executioners reports that the 13th Civil Chamber of the Bonn Regional Court was ruling on a case regarding US intelligence agencies accessing someone’s data:

But instead of sticking to the legal assessment, the judges used the ruling to make sharp political jibes against the US – and in particular against Donald Trump’s administration…

Ours was denounced as an “openly right-wing extremist-populist government” — in a country where there have been efforts to ban the only significant opposition party, Alternative für Deutschland.

[T]he judges attested that the Donald Trump administration had tendencies that were ‘clearly anti-democratic, anti-constitutional and autocratic’, even referring to ‘fascist tendencies’.

To be called “fascist” in the land of Adolf Hitler as it degenerates back into authoritarianism is quite a blow.
