Judge greenlights Trump’s move against corrupt USAID
Now the bad news. It is not as bad as it sounds in terms of interfering with Trump’s efforts to clean corruption out of the government and its budget. Judge Ali’s ruling is just a temporary injunction only good for a few days. He is no friend of Trump’s, but he is in his rights to demand Trump abide by the temporary injunction. These deplorable 12 years constituted efforts to create precedents for unequal rights under law that give preferential treatment to DEI, that normalize sexual perversity, decriminalize some crimes by privileged DEI, transgender, and nonwhite persons, and create rights for illegal entrants into the US. In Democrat states and cities these Democrat attempts to create unconstitutional privileges and rights have led to state and local defiance of federal law much more serious than the South’s refusal to pay the Morrill Tariff. Hanson is correct that Democrats have been conducting a revolution against the United States. The unAmerican Democrats are now trying to protect their overthrow of American normality from Trump’s counter-revolution.

Grifters are continuing to use District of Columbia judges in their effort to protect fraud and theft in the federal budget from DOGE. What appear to be grifter protection groups, “Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington” and “San Francisco AIDS Foundation.” are attempting to use judges to block the illegal and unconstitutional DEI privileges from being overturned and to prevent President Trump’s disavowals of transgender ideology.

Incompetent Ideologue Ana Reyes Appointed Federal Judge by Biden Regime Sanctioned by DOJ for “Egregious Misconduct”
The judge rejected the DOJ attorney’s appearance in her court, ruling that “no one who has graduated from University of Virginia Law School can appear before me,” because “they’re all liars and lack integrity.” This harms me by demeaning my UVa Ph.D. Can I sue her? Has she committed a hate crime? She could be correct, but judges are supposed to be impartial, so for Ana Reyes it is not a matter of her free speech to express her opinion.
