The Epstein files are claiming careers.

Weeks after the Justice Department started releasing documents, the fallout is real. Resignations. Investigations. Arrests.

From The New York Times:

“The Justice Department’s latest release of files related to the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has set off global repercussions across politics, finance, entertainment and academia. While some links to Mr. Epstein were previously known, the new documents have provided more detail about the extent of his network and the high-profile individuals who associated with him.”

**Amy Fahey, chief legal officer at Goldman Sachs, resigned immediately** after her name appeared in Epstein documents. She was Obama’s White House Counsel from 2009 to 2010. No official explanation given to staff. Just “effective immediately.”

**British law enforcement confirmed they’re reviewing Epstein files** for potential UK crimes. A coordination group is “assessing all information thoroughly” and working with US law enforcement.

**Leslie Wexner, the billionaire former Victoria’s Secret owner, sat for a House Oversight Committee deposition.** Democrats on the committee were skeptical of his testimony afterward. Wexner has said he was Epstein’s financial fraud victim.

From The Guardian:

“Millions of files related to the convicted child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein suggest the existence of a ‘global criminal enterprise’ that carried out acts meeting the legal threshold of crimes against humanity, according to a panel of independent investigators.”

**The Duke of York was arrested then released** in connection with the Epstein investigation. UK authorities say they’re taking it “extremely seriously.” Andrew has denied all allegations related to Epstein.

More releases are coming. Attorney General Pam Bondi has pledged full transparency under the Transparency Act, though the process is ongoing.

The fallout spans finance, politics, entertainment, and academia. More names are expected.
