With the Supreme Court ruling 7-2 against the Trump Administration on deportation of foreign terrorists and gang members on American soil, the so-called “Supreme Court,” with two exceptions, has been exposed as the long arm of the Deep State. Deport the Seven. These are the real oligarchs.

The only two justices ruling for the Constitution, the law, and the president’s power to protect America, were Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.

The decision handed down on Saturday was an order or “memo” to the president to keep those murderers and rapists on American soil. J.B. Williams of the North American Law Center  explains the significance of this unconstitutional ruling on my Rumble channel, recorded on Saturday, April 19, the day the “order” from the Court was handed down. The ACLU brought the case quickly acted upon by the Court.

Even Trump’s nominees to the Court voted against him. And Justice Alito was not allowed to post his dissent along with the majority’s order. Instead, the Court said his “statement” would “follow” some time later.

The Court was acting like a judicial dictatorship or oligarchy.

Williams concludes only Thomas and Alito remain as constitutional conservatives on the Court.

Trump Administration lawyers, featured regularly on Fox News, got the president in this trap by insisting that the Supreme Court would rule in their favor.

Trump should now categorically reject the Court’s jurisdiction. He was acting based on the Alien Enemies Act, during a time of national emergency.

“The Government is directed not to remove any member of the putative class of detainees [terrorists and gang members] from the United States until further order of this Court,” said the arrogant seven, representing an inferior branch of government, unelected by the people. By contrast, Trump is the elected president.

Let’s understand how we got into this predicament.

The Biden administration successfully filled 235 federal court vacancies with hard-left ideologues and has three hard-core leftists on the Supreme Court. Some Republican-appointed justices on the high Court seem eager and willing to appease the left.

We expected the Biden and Obama nominees to rule against Trump, first with nationwide injunctions and now accommodating the George Soros-funded ACLU in the Alien Enemies case. We warned in our 2018 report, The Deep State Wears Black Robes, that the Court could not be trusted under “Republican” Chief Justice John Roberts.

In our Rumble broadcast  just a month ago, J.B. Williams of the North American Law Center (www.tnalc.org) examined how judges appointed by Obama and Biden, in coordination with John Roberts, were stacking the deck against the Trump Administration in the federal courts and why Attorney General Pam Bondi had made a critical mistake by not officially objecting in advance to their rulings that far exceed their constitutional jurisdiction.

Now, Bondi looks like a fool, and the rest of Trump’s lawyers have egg all over their faces. They failed to recognize the real problem – judicial supremacy.

J.B. Williams says Bondi should still take the lead and reject their atrocious rulings by exposing their “bad behavior” on the bench and calling on the Court to restrain and restrict their unconstitutional actions.

Our “Deep State” report on the courts had focused on the rise to prominence of Judge Brett Kavanaugh, the Washington insider who emerged as one of Trump’s Supreme Court nominees over far more conservative and pro-Constitution candidates. Kavanaugh had worked for President Bush, covered-up for the Clintons, and ruled for Barack Hussein Obama on matters involving Obamacare and the massive surveillance powers of the National Security Agency (NSA).

To understand the history of judicial tyranny, we recommended Phyllis Schlafly’s book, The Supremacists: The Tyranny of Judges and How to Stop It and John Stormer’s Betrayed by the Bench: How Judge-made Law Has Transformed America’s Constitution, Courts and Culture.

Originally published in 2004, the book by Schlafly, who passed away in 2016, offered a series of measures, including impeachment, to stop tyrannical judges.

But our elected representatives have failed to assert their authority. To cite another example, having found a “right” to engage in sodomy in the Constitution, when none exists, the Supreme Court imposed homosexual marriage on all 50 states. The Congress went along. Even Trump did not object.

To this day, the innocent unborn are not given due process, although the Supreme Court did return the matter to the states.

By contrast, foreign terrorists and gang members are given “due process” on American soil, even though they are here illegally.

A lawyer who wrote more than a dozen books, Phyllis Schlafly was a big backer of President Trump. He should read her book.

Stormer, who passed away in 2018, was a great Christian conservative who wrote the 1964 seven-million copy best seller, None Dare Call It Treason, which had a dramatic impact on Ronald Reagan personally and the movement that later elected him as president.

Back in 2017, I quoted J.B. Williams as saying that if Trump and his Cabinet were serious about draining the swamp, the left had to be stopped from using activist judges to thwart Trump’s attempts to secure the USA and enforce our laws. “Or else,” he wrote, “the notion of draining this swamp is a joke!”

The same advice applies to Trump’s second term, as the Supreme Court has intervened in an unconstitutional manner to protect the foreign terrorists and gang members on American soil.

We must recognize the nature of the real oligarchs who sit on the bench.
